Not fair at all If you want to save money, you have to refer other dealer price before you make decision. I am unhappy about sale team services. Oil Change This a great place to go to. At times they do not acknowledge you when you arrive. The big issue I have with this place, I was informed by a young lad This a great place to go to. I work in Portsmouth this so unfair to the consumer. i was unable to get an oil change. This should be advised on the website. More

Customers are only tolerated My wife talked me in to buying a Toyota truck and against my better judgment I agreed. It took over 7 hours to make the purchase, mostly sitting while My wife talked me in to buying a Toyota truck and against my better judgment I agreed. It took over 7 hours to make the purchase, mostly sitting while the sales guy was doing who knows what. I wanted side steps & a tonneau cover installed. A couple of days was the response. A couple of weeks was the fact - and It wouldn’t have been that fast if I had not called to check the status. The service department seemed surprised when I brought the truck in for the work. They put on the steps, but refused to put on the Toyota factory tonneau cover - it had to go to an off- road place. Bottom line, the staff acts like they’re doing you a favor if they do their jobs & don’t care that you’ve dropped $40-50k for their product. I should have gone with Ford, or waited for the Jeep Gladiator. Couldn’t have done worse. More

WOW ! Charles Barker has been a God send. From the very first phone call I received from Stino up until I drove off with my new baby, I was kept in the loop Charles Barker has been a God send. From the very first phone call I received from Stino up until I drove off with my new baby, I was kept in the loop about EVERYTHING. I admit I was a challenge with my requirements as well as not the best credit out here BUT Stino prevailed and now I am proudly driving my new Altima. The other staff was also, too, truly amazing. I came in to wrap up the sale with a terrible headache just dealing with the car buying process and the lady at the reception area offered me a snack, water, and Tylenol. The finance gentleman worked his magic and was able to get me a good monthly payment as well as warranty. He also went above to provide whatever he had to get my children to settle down. Football it was and he, or the rest of staff, never showed any frustration with my kids or myself. They even gave them snacks :) To all of you at Charles Barker, Laskin Rd, THANK YOU ! Honestly, if you are in the car buying process LET THIS BE YOUR FIRST AND LAST STOP. They truly treat you wonderfully with no pressure. Just when I started to get discouraged, they got me approved.
