One of the best buying experiences I've ever had! Buying a new vehicle is stressful and sometimes just downright dreaded. His upbeat personality and all around good vibe, honesty and patience blew me away. I greatly appreciate the time he took to go over every detail of my car with me and answer all of my questions. Contacted Hall toyota after being strung along at a competing toyota dealership and first person I spoke with was Ray Aiden! My wife and I were in the market for a new 4Runner and his knowledge, kindne competing toyota dealership and first person I spoke with was Ray Aiden! My wife and I were in the market for a new 4Runner and his knowledge, kindness,friendliness and just up front honesty was simply the best! By far the BEST experience buying a new vehicle ever. He went above and beyond for us to get us what we requested and were looking for. Everyone else there was also welcoming without being overwhelming and the facility was nice. Megan Doudna was great to communicate and work with. I purchased a new 2021 Tacoma. I ordered it in June and it was delivered in August. She called me numerous times and kept me up to date on the status o purchased a new 2021 Tacoma. I ordered it in June and it was delivered in August. She called me numerous times and kept me up to date on the status of the vehicle. All of the $ figures we agreed on in June were exactly the same in August. No surprises. I traded in a 2012 Tundra I purchased from Hall Toyota (was Charles Barker Toyota) --this was my 4th Toyota truck I have purchased from this dealership dating back to 2003. After failing a state inspection I was charged $189 for labor based on the book though they called at 3:45 PM to say it failed and called back at 4:41 saying it was ready. The book said it would take 1 hr labor based on the book though they called at 3:45 PM to say it failed and called back at 4:41 saying it was ready. The book said it would take 1 hr. 25 mins so that is what I was charged. However a YouTube video shows a guy replacing the part in 5 minutes so the “book” is seriously flawed. The part cost $52 at autozone or $149 with Hall. The replacement of a upper engine mount on a 2005 Toyota is super easy, just wish I had checked before agreeing as I would have saved $300 by doing a easy 5 minute job. The video 2005 Toyota Camry torque rod motor mount replacement” shows the whole easy process in 5 min 17 secs. More
