Ray is top class. I ordered a brand new customized 2022 4Runner and for 3 months he saw at the process, updating me and checking in whenever I had questions. At the end there was a little hiccup because of 4Runner and for 3 months he saw at the process, updating me and checking in whenever I had questions. At the end there was a little hiccup because of supply chain issues and Ray quickly pivoted and got me exactly what I wanted + upgraded my order and made sure I was taken care of. I couldn't think of a better guy to work with, he's been in the business a long time and seen it all and he makes sure to offer care, knowledge and peace of mind in the whole process. With appointment, it takes more than 4 hrs for a simple vehicle alignment to be done. What is the purpose of having an appointment, if your vehicle is not getting serviced on appointment time?
