I stopped in to the dealership one day on a whim; I was in the market for a 4-Runner but I was still in the “just looking” phase, Plus, as I looked on-line, I hadn’t been able to find anything that had the features I wanted AND was in my price range. Enter Ali. We discussed my wish-list, toured the cars on the lot, and took a test drive in one. Nothing quite fit. She suggested that there could be something en route that I might be interested in. So, as she searched her database, we talked a lot so she was able to get a good idea of exactly what I wanted and how we could make it work within my budget. I won’t say she’s a miracle worker, but I do think she has a magic wand! We found the perfect vehicle, color, trim, etc. AND big key here, managed to get it into my budget. Well, I never really expected to do this, but I put a deposit on the car and then waited for it to come I’m. Ali continued to remain in touch and kept me informed of where the car was in the process. Next thing I knew, I received a text saying that it was on a truck heading to the dealership. When it arrived, she sent me a video of so I could see a 360 of the vehicle inside and out.
