The van was not vacuumed, washed, or windows cleaned when we left the dealership. We did have to bring the van back a few days later to get our state inspection sticker and I was told it would be taken care of as far as getting it detailed. Unfortunately, it was not cleaned it was in the same condition as when we dropped off the vehicle. Other than that the sales staff and other associates we talked with were very friendly and accommodating. The sales manager Mike even got us set up with a license plate bracket which was not with the vehicle at the time of purchase. More

Highly disappointed. $175.99 to be told the exact same message that was on the screen of our 2007 Camry Hybrid that we were able to read ourselves.
