I called in to ask to schedule an appointment with Ms. Sherri White to make a deal on a corolla hatchback I found after speaking to Mr. Nep through text message. I get a call later from the Sales manager trying to convince me to put $1000 deposit down to “lock me in” for the car I want over the phone even though I explained to him I’m more comfortable discussing matters in person and going over details before putting any money down. The sales manager wasnt happy after I kindly said “its alright, I’ll look for another dealership around my area instead, I’m sorry for wasting your time” He replied “why would you do that? We already found the car you want” and I said “I’m not really in a rush” And his reply was “alright, bye” hangs up* Lets just say I’m glad I was able to dodge that bullet of dealing with a dealership such as this one.
