Dishonest & Doesn't Care I purchased a brand new car from Toyota of EC in March 2017. First I was told by my sales person (who I thought I could trust) my car had several feat I purchased a brand new car from Toyota of EC in March 2017. First I was told by my sales person (who I thought I could trust) my car had several features I really liked. I later discovered it didn't have those features and couldn't be added on. The dealership didn't seem to care when I told them how I'd been mislead. I just was told "sorry, she was new." Then only recently my car broke down completely, leaving me stranded on the side of the road. Brand new 2017 car mind you! Found out it has an engine problem and is still in their shop being repaired. I went to them to talk about how ridiculous this whole experience has been and how wrong I was treated only to be met with zero care, even by the manager. I will never do business again with this place. While the people in service are wonderful, sales and management are horrible and don't make things right that their own sales people screw up on nor did they care that I felt unsafe in my own vehicle now. A brand new car should not have engine problems. Do not buy from Toyota of EC. Save yourself the hassle and find somewhere that cares about you as a customer. More
Friendly BUT Everything was great and I love my new car, the people were very friendly, however.. when I asked if they had my car in additional colors I was told n Everything was great and I love my new car, the people were very friendly, however.. when I asked if they had my car in additional colors I was told no, only to find out a few days later they had several different colors at the same price point. I mentioned it and the manager said he would ask the sales person tomorrow but maybe she just didn't know. I'm sorry but this is a major purchase and I would like to see all of my options. I also was told we would get a military discount. We may or may not have gotten it, I have no idea. I tried asking about it and was told by one person they would call me back (never heard back) and told by someone else she had to do some checking and let me know.. still didn't hear back. Needless to say I'm slightly frustrated. Just wish someone answered my question and for such a big purchase I was able to have all of my options/colors in front of me since we will have this vehicle for many years. More

It is ran by a man who has no idea how to run a dealership and they can't keep employees because they abuse them to no end. They lie to your face when you are purchasing a car and then try to sell you extra stuff that is technically already on the car. GAP insurance should be $699, but if you don't by anything else other than GAP they charge you more all so the "finance manager" can make a profit. They change everyone's titles around constantly and management is awful. You won't even get your tag until you get a ticket for an expired temporary tag. They have no clue what they are doing in that place or the Nissan store they are affiliated with. More
