Hello My daughter purchased her first vehicle from you Hello My daughter purchased her first vehicle from you all last week. She's happy with her car, but I am very setup over the fact she was not given Hello My daughter purchased her first vehicle from you all last week. She's happy with her car, but I am very setup over the fact she was not given a second key with her purchase. She was told the key was missed placed at first _ that went quickly to they didn't have another set for the car. I was told by the General Manager which now I see was someone just saying they were you, that there is no funds to make customer an extra key & if they had made her one the price of her would had been more. I am very much upset concerning this key especially this was her first purchase & to be taken over a key is very upsetting. I even asked if possible they coukd contact previous owner, since she was told the car had just been traded in , if by chance they still had another set. Instead I was told that most people only have one set of keys when they trade in their car. Then repeatedly told there is no funds to make an extra key & in so many words they didn't care. Very upset Mom More

Best car buying experience yet! This is the first car I bought from Hall Toyota Elizabeth City and I will 100% being going back when it’s time for another purchase. I called the dealership and spoke to Mik bought from Hall Toyota Elizabeth City and I will 100% being going back when it’s time for another purchase. I called the dealership and spoke to Mike Knight Saturday morning to make sure the 4Runner was still on the lot. He wanted to set eyes on it so he checked and called me back within 10 min. I told him I’d try and make it up there that same day in the afternoon. I got there that afternoon and Mike already had the keys pulled and we went on a test drive. Loved it and said I’d like to trade in my car and buy it. Steve Fletcher the manager gave me an amazing deal on my trade in. The best part of the whole experience was that they were not pushy AT ALL!! Didn’t speak over me. Didn’t do that normal car sale haggle you have to deal with. I felt comfortable enough to send my husband on his way and I handled the trade in, purchase etc. Not a lot of women feel comfortable walking into a dealership and handling it all on their own but Mike, Steve and everyone at Hall couldn’t have been more helpful and nice.
