My husband and I went here to purchase a vehicle after putting down a deposit on a new vehicle and being assured it was ours we were called 5 day later and told the vehicle wasn’t available bc they didn’t putting down a deposit on a new vehicle and being assured it was ours we were called 5 day later and told the vehicle wasn’t available bc they didn’t secure it! So disappointed! After this we gave them the opportunity to make it right and they were not only rude when we did speak over the phone a week ago… we still haven’t heard from them! They also advertise NO ADJUSTED MARKET PRICE but the salesman attempted to charge us $2,000 over sticker price on the one they never secured for us! DO NOT SHOP HERE! THEY ARE RUDE LYING THIEVES! I just wonder how many people the salesman named Nef has ripped off this way! More

I have been waiting for my tags for almost 60 days, My temp has been expired and i got a ticket from the state police. I cant drive my vehicle at all now. I talked to the title people 3 weeks ago and they temp has been expired and i got a ticket from the state police. I cant drive my vehicle at all now. I talked to the title people 3 weeks ago and they blame DMV in delaware. I talked to the GM this week and he blames the DMV in Delaware. NOBODY wants to lift a ringer to help me solve this problem. They just want to deflect ths issue somewhere else. I was at Delaware DMV yesterday and they told me if I had more information that they could help me out . I called the dealer again and now i get no response. the sign of a good company is that when they have an issue with a customer that they step up and do anything they can for fix the problem. I have a buyer for this vehicle and I cant sell with no registration . This has now cost me over $3000 in value for the vehicle. I tried to contact them requesting this info and I get crickets. More

HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE!!! First time Hall customer, tried buying 100% by phone and online. The car they brought didn’t match the description. I felt pressured to accept it and take $150 for the backup came buying 100% by phone and online. The car they brought didn’t match the description. I felt pressured to accept it and take $150 for the backup camera which it didn’t really have. That took some weeks to finally get, by the way. Then I noticed it didn’t have a VA inspection. They had also neglected to have me sign everything. They did pick up the car and had it inspected at one of their dealerships. (Remember this one.) Then it took 2 months to get the tags. Come to find out, they didn’t even send them in to the DMV for about a month. An email to the GM didn’t even get a reply. Then I took it to a local dealership and they found $1,171.08 in repairs that needed to be done. Issues that should have been discovered during the car inspection done at the Hall dealership!! I sent Hall a letter, summarizing everything and requested reimbursement for the $1,171.08. The GM refused, I guess because I missed the 60-day cutoff. Silly old me was waiting for the tags to go get it looked at. (Remember the month delay?) He did offer to buy back the car. Of course he did. Instead of making it right, he was still trying to make money! After my time, effort, hassle, repairs and maintenance I had put into the vehicle by then, it was a much better financial deal for Hall then for me. I doubt I’ll ever hear from them again but maybe they’ll do the right thing and reimburse me the $1,171.08. On a good note, I do like the car! You’ll never hear me say anything bad about a Nissan. I certainly wouldn’t recommend that anyone go to Hall Toyota of Elizabeth City. At least until they get some new management. More

Sheri Ward-White was awesome to work with. She was friendly, knowledgeable and not pushy like some sales people. She nor anyone there wasted our time. We were in and out in 2 hours where as other d friendly, knowledgeable and not pushy like some sales people. She nor anyone there wasted our time. We were in and out in 2 hours where as other dealerships took us 5 hours and then we didn't buy from them for various reasons so this was a very great experience. We will definitely go there again when we are in the market for a new car and will tell all our friends to go there. Well worth the drive from Norfolk VA More
