Nef Moeglin was the salesman that assisted me with trying to get a RAV 4. I asked for a hybrid. Nef made it clear that there were none available. He told me it would be very difficult to find the car even a to get a RAV 4. I asked for a hybrid. Nef made it clear that there were none available. He told me it would be very difficult to find the car even a gas model with the color I wanted etc. He found me an xle premium gas with the color I wanted; though I really wanted a limited. He also let us know that there was an automatic extra fee of 4000 dollars due to the current chip shortage. I decided I wanted to call Virginia to see if they had a better selection with a cheaper fee. Nef made it very clear that Virginia was charging anywhere from 5000 to 7000 extra. I finally just decided to buy the xle premium instead. Here is the kicker. I bought the vehicle papers and all and they had me put insurance on the car on a Sat. That Monday he called and said that the place the car down in Miami was coming from had sold the car to someone else. UMM Really??? Nef said he would let me have a hybrid instead with no increase in monthly payments to make up for the problem. Umm once again you said you couldn't get a hybrid in. I decided fine lets get the hybrid version. Guess what it disappeared to. He told me he had found another vehicle the xse hybrid that I wanted and he would call the next morning asap to make sure that it was available. The next morning I never got a call. I got my money back canceled insurance on the car. I called Priority Toyota in Chesapeake Va. They had the xse hybrid fully loaded color and had everything on it I wanted and more. They had the same fee of 4000 for chip shortage and not 5000 to 7000 extra. I bought the car and put down 1000 for deposit. I got all the papers that showed it was sold to me. We will finish papers when it comes in but my monthly payment is lower that it was for a gas model. I will recieve the car in 10 to 14 days. I get updates on location as well. The xse hybrid was 46,000 whereas in Elizabeth City for a gas they were charging over 47,000. After this experience, my family nor friends will not do business with them again. We will go to Virginia. More
