Coming in low on trade, but yet forcing you to pay a 2k “market adjustment fee” aka price gouging. Don’t recommend this dealership and definitely do not recommend Sheri White. She’s not messaging back when she said she would on the day that she said they’d have new allocations in, being totally ghosted. We are going to give another honorable Toyota dealership our business who is not taking advantage of customers with the state of emergency still in place in NC. More

I called in to ask to schedule an appointment with Ms. Sherri White to make a deal on a corolla hatchback I found after speaking to Mr. Nep through text message. I preferred Ms. White over Nep after reading the reviews on him here. I wasnt able to reach Ms. White so I left a voice message. I get a call later from the Sales manager trying to convince me to put $1000 deposit down to “lock me in” for the car I want over the phone even though I explained to him I’m more comfortable discussing matters in person and going over details before putting any money down. The sales manager wasnt happy after I kindly said “its alright, I’ll look for another dealership around my area instead, I’m sorry for wasting your time” He replied “why would you do that? We already found the car you want” and I said “I’m not really in a rush” And his reply was “alright, bye” hangs up* Lets just say I’m glad I was able to dodge that bullet of dealing with a dealership such as this one. I was really looking forward to making a deal with Ms. White. Im sure she’s a great Sales Consultant. Respectfully, A US Navy Vet More

He always lets his customers know how important they are to Hall Toyota. He is so friendly, knowledgeable, and best customer service I have ever seen at any business ever! I have bought all my cars there, and one main reason is Josh!!! He has really made a huge difference in the Service Department. I sure hope he gets credit for the great work he has done to turn the department around for the better. The sales department could use a Manager like him because the difference he has made in Service is apparent to all the customers I have talk to!
