My wife and I are leasing a 2007 Nissan Pathfinder. Hall Nissan's service department is awesome! We have been dealing with Buddy Burris and Ron Watson for our vehicle's service. One day about a month ago Nissan's service department is awesome! We have been dealing with Buddy Burris and Ron Watson for our vehicle's service. One day about a month ago my wife called frantically about the vehicle not starting. She was with our two year old son who was crying, etc. I left my office to pick her up and drive her over to my mother-in-law's school. We called Nissan and they offered to send a tow truck to pickup the pathfinder. Well their tow truck was busy so Buddy Burris offered to ride with my wife back to the vehicle and he personally jumped the vehicle and drove the vehicle back to the shop where they had to replace the battery! They then detailed the vehicle for free !! We love Buddy and the entire crew! More
I BOUGHT MY NEW NISSAN SENTRA THERE AND HAD IT SERVICED. I FOUND MR. BRANCH TO BE QUITE KNOWLEDGEBLE ABOUT ALL FACETS OF THE CAR. HE EVEN WAS ABLE TO GIVE ME RECCOMENDATIONS ABOUT MY OLDER CARS. I WAS SO IMPRESSIVE THAT I HAD MY HONDA SERVICED ALSO. THE OTHER EMPLOYEES THEIR WERE VERY NICE ALSO. IT HAS ALWAYS BEEN A PLEASANT EXPERIENCE WHEN I LEAVE THERE AND I CAN FEEL COMFORTABLE THAT MY AUTOMOBILE IS RUNNING TO IT'S OPTIMAL PERFORMACE. More
Everyone (perticuly the service department) have been very helpful in answering my questions and concerns. I have no concerns when I was buying the car. I have purchased a 2002 Frontier SE-V6 4X4 Crew Cab, a 2004 Titan LE 4x4 Crew Cab, and a 2007 Versa, new from this dealership since 2002. Hall Nissan Virginia Beach provides a World Class service option. Recently, I experienced a radiator problem on my 2003 Nissan Murano AWD. I had AAA tow the car to Hall Nissan, and discussed solutions with option. Recently, I experienced a radiator problem on my 2003 Nissan Murano AWD. I had AAA tow the car to Hall Nissan, and discussed solutions with the service manager, Mr. Jeff Evans. Within hours, Mr. Evans contacted me, indicating he had obtained authority from Nissan North America to replace the radiator without charge, even though the extended warranty had expired within the past four months. Needless to say, I was so heartened - a savings of $375.00 - I opted to have the dealership complete a 60,000 mile service for about $300.00. When I picked-up the Murano, it was spotless, inside and out. From my dealings with Hall Nissan, over the years, I have come to expect this kind of professionalism, both in service and sales. I own four Nissans, including a 1987 Maxima, 1990 Stanza, 1992 300ZX, and the Murano. The cars are so well maintained by Hall Nissan, it's tough trying to part with any of them. More
