I bought a Nissan Rogue from Jason and it was the least stressful experience ever! I had just left another local Nissan dealer because I felt like I was being jerked around and manipulated. My experience with Hall first came from Ashley,through the internet response, of my car request through USAA car buying service. I made an appointment through her. When I finally arrived, I was greeted by Jason Bradford. (Ashley greeted me with a hearty "hi Deborah" from the back counter...which made me feel at ease right off the bat) Jason told me that the Altima I requested was waiting for me, then I told him that I had changed my mind and wanted to look at the Rogue instead. Jason didn't miss a beat, he asked me what did I want in the Rogue, and quickly he returned with keys for four different colors. He had the color I wanted and the whistles and bells too. My Uncle Dave was with me, and I was impressed with the respect Jason showed him...because my uncle is a tough cookie when it comes to buying cars. We took it for a spin, and I was hooked. What really impressed me was that Jason, not once, talked money. We came back from the test drive; I met his team manager, Ahsley, who by the way was very pleasant. I was given a sheet with the price of the Rogue(if we were cartoon characters I know my eyes would have twinkled)and I signed right away. Oh, did I tell you that Jason also found a way for me to afford at least the driver's seat to be heated! Awesome! My uncle was impressed with Jason and Ashly also, he said that his next car will come from them. I have been in the hospitality field,in the Air Force, for over 21 years, so I know customer service; what I experienced at Hall Nissan was truly "Top Notch" quality customer service. Thank-you for making an otherwise nervous event into a relaxed and joyous experience. I will recommend you all to everyone! More
My salesman Jason Bradford was outstanding. I have bought about 15 cars in the last 20 years and this was the best experience I have in what can be a very unpleasant ordeal. I was able to buy the car I wanted, even though the dealership had to truck it from Danville, Va. The sales staff was efficient, accommodating, and helpful. My Juke is perfect! If there was a doubt in her mind on a specific detail she immediately found out that specific detail and answered our questions. With the dynamic team work, exceptional customer service, and professional follow through with upper management we will highly suggest through our business and personal friends, Nissan of Virginia Beach is where you will be taken care of. The finishing touch to both of our purchases was when the GM Tim Ames spent time with us during our visits. That just proved to us through his care of customers is obvious in his team. Thank you. I would definitely recommend Hall Nissan. I bought my last two new cars at Hall Honda and the sales manager now at Hall Nissan is the same manager that used to work at Hall Honda. I went to the dealership right after the big snow storm this year and Eric Miles was so nice and willing to show me every car on the lot I wanted to see even though the roads were snowy and icy and I know it wasn't easy for him to go and get cars off the lot. Rebecca helped close the deal by getting me the car I wanted with the options I wanted. She ended up getting my car from their dealership in Chesapeake so I would have the color I wanted and even let me drive another new car home until my car was ready. More
