I went to Hall Nissan last Monday for a service call. While waiting for my Murano, I decided to take a look at the new cars. Stacie Butcher approached me and asked if I would be interested in a new car. Although my car was only two years old, I liked some of the ungraded features on the newer models. After talking with Stacie, I decided to trade my car in for a 2011. Everyone that I encountered during the sale was very friendly and professional. I can honestly say that out of the seven or vehicles that I have purchased, this was definitely the easiest. This can only be attributed due to the professionalism of Hall Nissan. Thank you! More
Went to this dealership after explaining exactly what I wanted ready to buy a car. Since I knew the exact car I wanted, it should have been an easy no pressure situation, however, after a long car ride to wanted ready to buy a car. I had to review what I was looking for with the sales person multiple times. We finally get to the final sales documentation, and they had a figure almost 6 grand higher than we had discussed at any point (basically they tried to get me to pay MSRP even though we had agreed upon a lower number before I even arrived). For what should have been a simple easy sale, they wasted my time and I eventually had to leave from frustration. I have driven a Nissan for almost a decade, and I am absolutely appalled at how poorly this place is run. May continue to consider Nissans, but would never give this dealership my business. More
My husband and I purchased a new 2012 Nissan Altima from Hall Nissan Virginia Beach. One week after purchasing the car it started to make a strange grinding noise each time you start the car and it hit 30 m Hall Nissan Virginia Beach. One week after purchasing the car it started to make a strange grinding noise each time you start the car and it hit 30 mph. My husband took the car to the service center and the technician rode in the car with my and told him that there was something wrong with the abs actuator. He said it should make a mechanical noise but not a grinding noise. He told us to bring the car back the next day because the rental shop was closed. We brought the car back today and they told us the noise is normal and that nothing is wrong with it. The service manager explained to us that all of the new Altima's make this noise and that there is nothing that they can do about it. We were told that Nissan is aware of this noise and that there have been several complaints about it. We are very disappointed in Nissan. This is our first Nissan and probably or last. Also we were promised a $25 visa gift card for going to Hall Nissan and we never received it. More

I would have to say this was one of the greatest experiences in buying a new vehicle. I always have quick service when it comes to working with Brian. I have a nissan and a chevrolet and with my chevrolet it seems like it took hours for just a oil and filter change. The salesman lost my drivers license within minutes and then kept trying to play it off as not lost. While getting more upset by the minute with the salesman and then the rest of the sales people at their then kept trying to play it off as not lost. There was not one person at this dealership that showed any concern whatsoever at having lost a drivers license and those at the desk got pretty snotty about the whole deal. This was the second time I've tried to talk with this dealership (different salesman) and have walked out totally disgusted with the behavior of the sales personnel. I will never recommend this dealership to anyone. More
