A second chance at a new family car! I started my search with southern hospitality automotive group in greenbrier. I picked my Acadia, went to buy it and before I signed they changed the I started my search with southern hospitality automotive group in greenbrier. I picked my Acadia, went to buy it and before I signed they changed the price to 2000 more right before my eyes. I left frustrated, mad , and disappointed. It was almost as if customer service was a thing of the past, I felt like I didn't matter. I vented on Facebook for advice and a 10'year friend , Jeff Malone commented and told me to give him a try. I found the same vehicle , Jeff took care of the background work (I work multiple jobs and have a very tight schedule) he arranged and showed me where the vehicle was at, test drove it and immediately put a deposit to hold it! He made sure everything was taken care of up to the night of signing and afterwards! I cannot believe a horrible experience at Southern led to a positive outcome at a dealership I would have never thought to buy at. Huge special thanks to Shannon in the service desk for going above and beyond helping with extra questions! I will definitely be back to Hall Automotive and Southern Automotive Group will never get my money again. Jeff you are humble, polite and a good listener! I am happy! More
