Service Bernard Branch is the absolute best person I have ever dealt with in a service department! Whatever you are paying him it’s not enough and I hope the Bernard Branch is the absolute best person I have ever dealt with in a service department! Whatever you are paying him it’s not enough and I hope the company values him as much as I do. Buying a vehicle is easy, getting it serviced is a lifetime. He makes the experience pleasant, he knows the products, he communicates regularly, and most of all he knows his customers and works with them to be accommodating. Most dealerships make you feel like you are at the mercy, but not Bernard. If it weren’t for him I would not have replaced my ‘05 Pathfinder with a ‘17 Pathfinder. Not a huge fan of the crossover look but love the service and he’s a terrific person. He’s honestly the best thing that has happened to Hall in their service department. Like I said, I go back to’05 and had two people before him. I dreaded taking my vehicle in but he changed that. My husband has a ford and unfortunately his service experience has not been nearly as pleasant to say the least. More

left car overnight for a tire repair/replace. Took the car there for simple tire change. Left car there overnight. Got a call in the am the next day and service advisor stated that they had to o Took the car there for simple tire change. Left car there overnight. Got a call in the am the next day and service advisor stated that they had to order the tire and would take a couple of hours and should be ready in early afternoon up to 5 pm. I arrived at 650 pm to pick up car and neither advisor that was still there knew what was going on. It took them a few minutes to see where the tire was that had been delivered. One of the service advisors lied to me. I stated that your service dept probably didn't even install the tire yet. He stated that wasn't true. I went outside looking for my car and noticed the doughnut tire still on the car. So this company had from 8am when they processed the car until almost 7pm and did NOTHING except order the tire. Then none of the service advisors left for the closing shift even knew the status or anything about my vehicle. I'm glad i didn't need the car today for anything urgent. Needless to say i was very upset, took my car with the doughnut tire still on it and went home. I will seek another company tomorrow to buy the tire, and WILL NOT use this company again to buy a car or get service done. The ENTIRE HALL COMPANY will NEVER be used again by me, and i wont recommend it!! All of this for $130 tire that should have been done in 3 hours with delivery, not 5 minutes before closing with an upset customer !!!! More
