We truly wish that during your time at the dealership, you would have made us aware to how you were feeling. Unfortunately with many of the S Plans, unless the customer knows they qualify there is no way a dealer would know or be able to pre-verify this.We sure wish you would have brought that up to us during your visit. This is the first that we have heard about it. The interest rate decreased as a result of the amount you financed. We passed this reduction in rate on to you. We apologize that you did not have an experience with us that was up to your standards.
