Mazda vehicles are and will continue to be a very low risk product. Match the two together and you have a Team to trust. As for the staff under Phil Gorman...each are very dedicated to the customer and have a full product knowledge and even have a story or two.They show this with ease, their Outstanding Quality of Customer Satisfaction. Might sound corney but they do Phil and Mazda proud. Did I mention that we have trusted Phil since 1985. Sure I did. Shame we can't afford more then two vehicles or we would be up there again putting them through their smooth paces...Guess this has taught you to ask me to elaborate. I really was not looking to purchase another car until the end of September late November .But I heard that Hall Mazda was having a Miata Club show there at there dealership so I decided just to go and h the end of September late November .But I heard that Hall Mazda was having a Miata Club show there at there dealership so I decided just to go and have a look. I did see into buying a new one but really it was not in my price range and they didnt have a pre owned car that had what I wanted, as I wanted a stick shift and they didnt have one at that time . I really did spend a while there John trying to help me find a car that would suit my financial requirements also my personal ones too. After nearly 3 weeks of contact John called me up telling me that they had a car there and that I would want to take home when I saw it. Well when I did see it I knew it was my car and that baby would be coming home with me, Zack set me up with my financial side and got me all done before I got there so it would be less time for me to spend at the dealership. I purchased a 2010 Miata MX5 on 7/23/10. Wonderful price, wonderful staff, and a very pressure-less experience. Found the car I wanted on Hall web site with all necessary vehicle information. Negotiated fair and final price of car in a single day via numerous Hall Miata Internet/e-mails with Mike Powers (Business Development Manager). Mike was fair, pleasant, professional, honest, and very low key. Top notch! Met Mike later at the Dealership to complete paperwork and pick up my new Miata (I am a proud owner of a 1994 Miata). Robert Pena (Sales Consultant) patiently and professionally "walked" me through all operational aspects on my beautiful Miata, established all necessary "set-ups" and completed all paperwork except loan application quickly and efficiently. I came in with a preapproved loan check with the lowest APR I could find, which I was very satisfied with. George Kelly, Business Manager, quickly identified and gained approval for an even lower APR. George quickly and professionally reviewed 12 various avalable "add-ons" and services and finalized the loan and and other paperwork. Calvin Smith (General Sales Manager) introduced himself and caringly inquired if a had any questions and how was my experience with Hall Miata. By the time I arrived home, several "thank-you" staff e-mails were in my in-box. Quite simply, this was THE most honest, fair, professional, pressure-less, and pleasant car buying experience I have every experienced. No wonder I have been their very satisfied customer for 16 years and Hall Miata will continue to be my only choice for service, parts, and vehicle purchase. More

Friendly service but not pushy or bombarded with phone calls. Actually got us a financing rate better than expected. We also like their service dept. This is our 3rd Mazda. John is a truly outstanding sales person. He made the overall buying experience a breeze. His knowledge about the features of the vehicle allowed him to answer all of our questions. We were already decided on the Mazda 3, it was just a matter of a sales person (the right sales person) sealing the deal. John was the right person at the right time. He did not try to baffle us with unnecessary information and was very truthful in his responses. From the first "hello" his personality made him someone I felt comfortable dealing with. He described the features of the different models and helped us narrow down to the model we wanted. He quickly found the model we were looking for and we were off on a test drive. During the test drive he pointed out the many features of the vehicle. He also showed us some of the performance features that you can not read in an article. John was ableto find the color we wanted. It would take a couple of days for it to arrive. During the arduous paperwork drill he kept a positive attitude which made it seem to go faster. Much to our surprise, he provided a demo car for us to drive until our car arrived. Delivery was as smooth and professional as the sale. We took a tour of the facility and met most of the customer service personnel. He went over the entire car and its features and even set up the bluetooth phone. Bottom line - great car, great dealership, great sales person. We are fans of Hall Mazda, thanks to John Chisom. More
