Most of my dealership experiences have not been nothing to brag about ,they seem to call you nonstop to get you in the door and try to sell you something that you either can't afford or really dont like. So I walked into Mazda expecting the same thing boy was I wrong, after being greeted by Ernest I was told to take a look around and I could test drive what ever i wanted. Once he saw that i was stuck on the decision between the mazda 3 and the mazda 6 he gave me the opprotunity to tell him my likes and dislikes about both then after taking the mazda 6 for my own test drive down the interstate and giving it my own raod test i was impressed with the handleing, factory stereo system, and above all else that luxury look with wood grain interior. Upon returning to the dealship Ernest worked out a deal so sweet I could not say no. My experience was excellent the only thing they could upgrade is their car color selection on all cars on the lot but i was very lucky to get the only black cherry car on the lot. I would recomend mazda to anyone with out hesitation the staff in finacing is a beast when it comes to monthly payments,with the rising prices of fuel my new car will have me in the postion to fill up once a week and ride off in the sunset! More

The customer service at this Mazda was exceptional! Like nothing I have ever experienced at any another dealership before. My dealer took the time to show me how everything worked in my new car. I tend to believe sales men of anything are shady dishonest people, but that was not the feeling I got from Mr. Bridgett. I appreciate everything they did for me and my family. We went back to get the car serviced and my daughter wanted to stay and watch cartoons And get a Snack. They treat you like family there and I'm pleased to say I recommend hall Mazda. I will likely trade the car in soon because it is too small Mazda doesn't seem to believe in roomy vehicles, and I also just saw online i could have gotten a student discount so be sure to mention those type of discounts to your customers Hall, but overall my experience here was like no other. So we felt really comfortable buying our car at Hall Mazda. The sale process was quick and easy and not even 2 hours after starting the paperwork, we left the dealership with our new car at a great price and happy! Overall, everybody working there was friendly and helpful. We had our little son with us and we felt comfortable at all time! Very kidsfriendly and that made the process of testdriving,waiting, processing the sale and getting paperwork ready easy and comforable for us. Overall my experience at this dealership was very pleasant.I was greeted as soon as i walked in the door and was offered a beverage and snack to munch on. All matters were handled in a sufficient amount of time; i didnt have to sit around and wait for help with anything or for the reps to gather their required information from me. All aspects of my new car were clearly explained to me in detail leaving me with no questions about how to operate or use anything in my vehicle. Prices were reasonable although i think that the price of my car could have come down a little bit more. Before i left i had appointments already scheduled for my 1st oil change and got my insurance, registration and tags without having to worry about taking care of it later. I would recommend this HALL MAZDA to my friends and i look forward to continuing businees with them. More
