Virgil was the salesman we met and from the beginning he made my wife and I feel comfortable. We spent a lot of time there and test drove 3 cars. I purchased a Mazda from this dealership altho with hindsight I should have never signed for my car. I was told one price on the car and then was told another story of the price the date I went in to b hindsight I should have never signed for my car. That day I was told my trade in value for my car would only be valid for seven days. Almost two weeks later my mother had gone to the dealership to try and haggle the price down for me since I live in another city yet wanted to buy my vehicle at Hall. The trade in was never mentioned when the sales manager Zac agreed to sell the car for $19,000. Two days later when I had agreed to come in to purchase the vehicle I was told the amount was $20,000 for the car. I mentioned it was supposed to be $19,000 then was told by Robert that my trade in brought it down to $19,000. I signed for the car even tho I was confused about the pricing since I hadn't been present with my mother when the $19,000 price was offered to her with a hand shake by Zac and with no mention of my trade in. I ended up contacting the gm of Hall two days later. He said he would call me back after consulting with Zac and Robert. He never called me back. Robert and Zac called my mother to discuss the pricing altho neither one contacted me. I was the one who purchased the car not my mother. I've decided to not have anything to do with this dealership now. This was my first time buying a car and I can say I definitely learned a lot from this experience and will never get taken again.
