Great Cars.... Exceptional Customer Care I have purchased 2 used cars from Robert Pena at Hall Mazda in the last 3 months ( 1 for myself and 1 for my 16 yr old). For myself I was replacing a I have purchased 2 used cars from Robert Pena at Hall Mazda in the last 3 months ( 1 for myself and 1 for my 16 yr old). For myself I was replacing a 2010 Mazda CX-7 which is a crossover that sadly is no long produced. I decided on a beautiful 2015 Mazda 6 with lots of bells and whistles but which handles VERY differently than my CX-7. Unlike most sales people who are only your “best friend” until they’ve closed the deal, Robert spent nearly an hour with me both on the road (showing me how to control the car in turns and use the manual option) and off (setting up my Pandora thru Bluetooth and downloading my phone book into my car for safety). When it came time to buy my daughters car 3 months later he was just as thorough. She had her heart set on a Jeep but I was concerned about roll over risks. He found us a compromise in a cute little Jeep Compass and she couldn’t be happier. Since February I’ve had minor questions and whenever I’ve called Robert, if he hasn’t been available, I’ve received a return call within the hour. There are not enough kind words I could say about Mr. Pena’s professionalism, kindness and dedication to his customers. I even referred a friend of mine who was having trouble because he recently moved to the US and had trouble communicating his needs in English. Robert, being fluent in Spanish, was able to get my friend into a used car that very same day at an interest rate that was HALF what the “untrustworthy “ dealerships in Norfolk had been trying to con him into. Lastly, the dealership itself is clean, the service department makes it easy to drive right in for oil changes and the Hall Rewards makes earning points a great way to pay for maintenance to your vehicle! I’ll never buy a car anywhere else or from anyone other than Robert Pena ! More
