I liked the greeter who helped me park my car in the service bay area. He told me to take my time and go relax in the waiting area. The waiting had coffee and snacks. I was called to the service desk almost immediately and a television screen had my car checked in and i viewed progress all along the way. I was done in 35 minutes and on my way.
