Robert Pena has provided excellent service since I bought my Mazda CX30 in November of 2021. He follows-up with his clients to ensure they are still happy with their vehicle. Yesterday, I couldn't get in my my Mazda CX30 in November of 2021. He follows-up with his clients to ensure they are still happy with their vehicle. Yesterday, I couldn't get in my car because the battery had died. He patiently talked me through accessing the key, giving me suggestions as to what could be wrong. Robert went beyond the extra mile by checking if my battery was still under warranty and giving me instructions on how to take care of it. He then went out of his way to come and jump my car with his personal vehicle so I could get home! And he followed up with me today to make sure everything was ok.
