The service and sales department is a new state of the art beautiful building, ins Hall Mazda in Virginia Beach services all makes and model vehicles. The service and sales department is a new state of the art beautiful building, inside and out. I would recommend this dealership for any work on your vehicles even if it's not a Mazda. This store offers great prices for services and service work. They also have great people working there. They will also give you a free vehicle appraisal when you stop by. Before you buy from another dealership you should let them give you an offer on your car before you trade it in. You will be very HAPPY that you did! More

The overall serviced is good and the waiting time was reasonably but in the services listed as done it doesn't show one I requested at check-in (pureti) and also says that fluids levels were checked but reasonably but in the services listed as done it doesn't show one I requested at check-in (pureti) and also says that fluids levels were checked but the brake fluid level showed right now is a little over the half and not all the way to the full mark. This is not the first time this happened at this location and for the record my service has been prepaid so maybe there is no motivation to do a 100%. Need to pay attention to details. I love the brand but this should not happen. I been a loyal customer of the brand for 7 years and 5 years to this dealership. More

Trent Wilson, my salesperson, went the extra mile and called Hall Honda to make sure they had what I I was shopping for a Mazda CX-5 or a Honda CR-V. Trent Wilson, my salesperson, went the extra mile and called Hall Honda to make sure they had what I was interested in in stock. Not only was I able to test drive the Mazda CX-5 but we went to Hall Honda and test drove the CR-V as well. Trent was very patient with me and made sure that I got the car that I truly wanted. I am now the owner of a 2020 CX-5. Go see Trent......you won't regret it!!!! More
