Hall Volkswagen Brookfield has taken me through the ringer this year. Thousands in repairs. I take a car in and it's an expensive fix. Pay for the fix. Within a week problems arise. Repeat. They are cr ringer this year. Thousands in repairs. I take a car in and it's an expensive fix. Pay for the fix. Within a week problems arise. Repeat. They are crooks and hacks. This has happened with not 1, but 2 cars within the span of six months. When we ask within a week of getting the car back and problems arise to back the work they did, they tell us "unless you can prove it was something we did, you'll have to pay for any fixes"..... problems should not arise after LESS THAN A WEEK on 2 different cars after telling them to fix anything that needs to be fixed. More
My previous car has put me in a unique situation to land me a new car. Mike was professional, prompt, had answers to all of my questions, provided me a new fun sleek SUV. My report to the BBB: I feel like any problem with the engine is directly related to service you preformed. If it is not related to a service you preformed than it was a missed diagnosc from your technic engine is directly related to service you preformed. If it is not related to a service you preformed than it was a missed diagnosc from your technicians. I feel like your team has been consistent in not diagnosing problems. Leading me to spend money on repairs that don’t x the car. That has me coming back mulple mes with massive personal expense. If my 2012 had been properly diagnosed in February I would have saved thousands in repair bills. Those thousands could have been put into the vehicle I purchased. That would have saved thousands on the life of my new loan. So when I brought in my 2018 and your technicians said everything that was wrong. I had it repaired. If I bring my car back to you I’m sure you will miraculously nd several thousands in repairs that you were not aware of a week ago. I feel this is intenonal and deliberate. Volkswagen needs to stand by their work. I can not take you at your word. I need you to stand by your work and x my car correctly. At your expense because I have paid enough this year. More
I was happy with the service and my interaction with the sales member. I would be happy to do buy/trade in my car here in the future. Reasonable price for service and sales and most people there are very courteous and helpful.
