I have driven Passats for the last 15 years so I knew their quality and dependability. However, the technology on my new purchase was a bit overwhelming. Scott took the time to explain how things worked and encouraged me to call or stop back if I had questions. I had an issue where it was telling me the AdBlue was low, even though it was filled. After diagnostics, I was asked to OK further inspection which would cost me. Once that was done, the issue was found, but it was not listed as a recall item. However, thanks to a very dedicated service writer named Jessica Downing, she got VW to agree it should be covered. The issue then came into play the part wasn't available so she went out of her way to get me into a rental so I would not be late for a prior engagement. I have always had wonderful experiences with the service department at Hall, but Jessica really made the experience much more friendly and helpful. I highly recommend anyone with an issue to seek her out for an above the bar experience! More

Rude and Incompetent Service "Consultant" Service staff was EXTREMELY rude & NOT knowledgeable AT ALL! I brought my 2012 Mazda 3i with only ~65,000mi in for service, because I couldn't put my Service staff was EXTREMELY rude & NOT knowledgeable AT ALL! I brought my 2012 Mazda 3i with only ~65,000mi in for service, because I couldn't put my stick shift into gear. Their comments were, "Verified customer concern...no visible issues...needs clutch." I was furious because they were going to charge me $1600 to replace my clutch (AND flywheel) that only has 65,000mi on it!! I got a second opinion and all signs were pointing to the master cylinder. I went to advance auto, spent $45 on a new master cylinder, installed it myself, and now the car runs like the day I bought it! NEVER going back here, and would not recommend this place to a friend. More

Our CX5 kept losing all the pre-sets and I called about it. I spoke with a man who was not very helpful the last time this happened. This time I was lucky and got Jessica on the phone. She immediately said what it might be (instead of saying that I might just want an upgrade on my 2016 car...yes...he said that) and said to bring it in and they would take a look. She was very nice and said they would fix my problem...and they did. THANKS. More
New car purchase I just purchased a new 2016 Volkswagen Golf Sportwagen. The price was outstanding. Lynn Ceriaks was very helpful in answering my questions. The Gas mi I just purchased a new 2016 Volkswagen Golf Sportwagen. The price was outstanding. Lynn Ceriaks was very helpful in answering my questions. The Gas mileage on the highway was rated for 35, and I was very impressed to have gotten 39 on my ride home. More
