Amazing Service I was very specific on the car I wanted to purchase. I reached out to several VW dealers and was told, "we don't have that car here" and no further as I was very specific on the car I wanted to purchase. I had an issue where it was telling me the AdBlue was low, even though it was filled. After diagnostics, I was asked to OK further inspection which would cost me. Once that was done, the issue was found, but it was not listed as a recall item. However, thanks to a very dedicated service writer named Jessica Downing, she got VW to agree it should be covered. The issue then came into play the part wasn't available so she went out of her way to get me into a rental so I would not be late for a prior engagement. I have always had wonderful experiences with the service department at Hall, but Jessica really made the experience much more friendly and helpful. I highly recommend anyone with an issue to seek her out for an above the bar experience! More

Rude and Incompetent Service "Consultant" Service staff was EXTREMELY rude & NOT knowledgeable AT ALL! I brought my 2012 Mazda 3i with only ~65,000mi in for service, because I couldn't put my Service staff was EXTREMELY rude & NOT knowledgeable AT ALL! I brought my 2012 Mazda 3i with only ~65,000mi in for service, because I couldn't put my stick shift into gear. Their comments were, "Verified customer concern...no visible issues...needs clutch." I was furious because they were going to charge me $1600 to replace my clutch (AND flywheel) that only has 65,000mi on it!! I got a second opinion and all signs were pointing to the master cylinder. I went to advance auto, spent $45 on a new master cylinder, installed it myself, and now the car runs like the day I bought it! NEVER going back here, and would not recommend this place to a friend. More
