Used sales doesn't negotiate, just wasted your time! My wife and I walked the lot for a good 20-30 minutes without being greeted, went inside to request someone help us. We were greeted by a nice salesman, who allowed us to test drive 2 certified pre-owned cars, and who also interacted really well with my toddler son. We left for lunch and to do some research on some concerns we had about the car. Upon our return we discussed said concerns and made an offer based on them. We were promptly told that they don't negotiate on used cars; end of story. Perhaps Hall should inform used car prospects that prices are non-negotiable from the get-go. It would have saved my wife and I a ton of time. Especially considering other reviews here suggest otherwise. More

Don't bother - they don't really want your business I tried for almost 3 weeks to get somebody to answer me via email about TWO cars I wanted to purchase from this dealership. Since I don't live in the area, I was prepared to start the communication via email because I wanted to make sure they still had BOTH cars AND that each car was really in the shape it showed on the website. I was willing to give them my phone number but ONLY if they would first respond to a couple of questions via email. I think we all know what happens when you give your phone number to places when you want to buy something. They say they have something, then you find out they don't, and all of a sudden you get at least one call a day saying they have something they're sure you'll ike. Each time I emailed - a total of FIVE times - I would receive nothing more than an automated email returned to me stating I should be sure to watch for a "real" email back from Hall Imports soon. I guess their definition of soon is a lot different than mine. I even tried different email addresses, including the one for Scott Hopfler, since the first automated response I received was from him. Still nothing. My take on this: Don't bother with this dealership if you don't live in their city. Apparently they don't need business from out of town buyers - even if you want to buy more than one car. My question is this: If they don't want to deal with potential out of town buyers, why bother to add their vehicles to websites such as cars.com, cargurus.com, truecar.com, etc.???? I definitely won't be bothering them again. Apparently my money isn't good at their dealership. More

Everyone there was extremely personable and not pushy at all like I found at many others. They were upfront and extremely fair with my trade in and pricing on the new vehicle we decided to lease. I have never worked with such a great team from the sales person, the person appraising my trade in and finally to the financing office. I would recommend this dealership to anyone looking for a car, you won't regret it and will feel good pulling off the lot knowing you made the right decision. More
