Overcharged and over serviced for tire. Was charged $280 for a single tire replacing a 6 1/2 month old tire that they said couldn't be patched. They said tire would not fill with air, I filled it twice at home with my compressor. It had a small hole and after talking to two friends in auto repair, I am told that the tire should have been patched. Shame on me for being taken advantage of. I will not be back. I wonder how much business they have lost from me. More

We were able to get some answers via email and then were able to come in and walk out with the car we wanted that very same day and were smiling leaving (we also weren't left waiting for hours in the chair). Mike is pleasant, personable and a very nice guy. We plan on purchasing another Mazda in a year and a half and they will be the dealership we go to. Highly recommend, don't waste your time anywhere else! More

T Let me first start by saying that I absolutely love my Volkswagen. I question, however, the diligence of the 100 point certified inspection process. This was my first time buying a car on my own. It was a scary and overwhelming process. As such, I overlooked a few things on my test drive and visual inspection of the vehicle, and that is my fault. I started by looking at the car with the sales staff member, who seemed very quick to get me in the car for the test drive. Probably with good reason since there was a large dent in the door frame that he probably didn't want me to notice and that I overlooked until I made it halfway home. An hour into my drive home I had to stop and put air into all four tires because the low tire pressure light came on. 15 psi too low. A couple hours later, I used the wipers. The front right side rubber strip came completely off and the rear one was in poor condition. Both of these were on the 100 point list of being in good working condition. Yes, I missed this on my test drive and signed the paperwork purchasing the vehicle, but it makes me question how well the technicians are actually inspecting the items on the list, which were all listed in good condition. Now, at 18,000 miles, I have a major coolant system leak after only putting 6000 miles on it since purchase. I know I made my mistakes in missing items and I am also not a car expert and cannot look at an engine or coolant system and know if it looks good or bad or even if hoses are in the right place. Being from out of state didn't allow me to test drive with someone else, but I feel like the inspection was also "pencil pushed". Please be cautious is my advice. I will say working with the finance department was the easiest and best part of the experience. They were knowledgeable and answered all of my questions. More

Michelle at Hall got back to me right away, emailed me some questions and got me a quote before anyone else. When I finally got other pricing, it turned out Hall had offered the best deal for me. With a short phone call, I was able to iron out the details and arrange a time to pick up the car. There were no unpleasant surprises when I arrived at the dealership. The car was ready and their paperwork matched what they emailed me. Mike went through everything I needed to know to feel comfortable driving off with a model that was new to me. The staff was friendly and courteous and worked together as a team to make it all go smoothly. More
