Very pleased I am very pleased with my purchase of a new 2019 Jetta SE from Hall Volkswagen. We talked about my vehicle needs and wants and after test drives and comparison of features and costs and VW incentives we found the right car at the right price and I left with that information. “The way I do this is, you Think it over and call me if you want to move ahead, I won’t call you”. “Thanks for coming in”. “Nice to meet you”. “Glad I could help”. When I made my decision to purchase a few days later I was treated just as straight forward by the finance department and then because of a last-minute change in my work schedule the service department prepped my car a day ahead of schedule to get me on the road. Everyone I dealt with was very pleasant and about customer service. I give them Five Stars. More

Good Experience with Hall Mazda Overall I had a good experience with Hall Mazda. I bought a 2018 Mazda CX-5 from them. They did not have this car available at their dealership, so th Overall I had a good experience with Hall Mazda. I bought a 2018 Mazda CX-5 from them. They did not have this car available at their dealership, so they requested one from Madison and I was supposed to pick it up in 2 days. They called a couple days later saying that car was no longer available, but they found the same car in Illinois that they were having shipped to Brookfield. This only took 1 extra day, but was an extra day of paying for my rental. I picked up the car and everything went pretty smooth. Mike, my sales agent, showed me all the features of my car and demonstrated how everything worked. He hooked my phone up to my car right away so I wouldn't have any confusion doing it myself later on. The one issue was there was a large scratch on the driver's side passenger window. They didn't see this until right before I showed up, since the scratch was hidden under the window sticker. They said they would fix this for me for free. Mike was great and tried to make this process as easy for me as possible. He actually drove to my work to get my car and leave me a rental to drive, and he drove my car once it was finished back to my work. I really appreciated this since I didn't have to miss any work or get up extra early to drive to Brookfield before my day started. More

Lynn is a knowledgeable and experienced sales person who left no loose ends and who went out of her way to address all the concerns or questions I had. Just what I was looking for Originally contacted the dealer about a car that had unfortunately sold before I got the chance to look at it. Was able to sit down after, list out exactly what I was looking for and Mike started the search to find me the right car and get it certified as well. Horrible Service Experience Went in for new tires and service on October 18th after being told about the VW service Credit Card and Mail in Rebate for service. This dealership advertises the card all over their shop and on the sales floor, yet NO ONE knew anything about it when I presented it for payment. After weeks of going back and forth with them they finally were able to charge the service to the VW Service Credit Card as promised and advertised. Now the statement for the card says that they finally charged the service on Nov 28th! And now the rebate is getting denied because the service date does not match the date on the statement. More
