Went to look at a 2019 CX-9 GT they had in stock, but it was a demo car and had too many mil Hall Mazda went above and beyond for me with my purchase. Went to look at a 2019 CX-9 GT they had in stock, but it was a demo car and had too many miles for my liking. I asked if they can find me a new unit, and they did. They even price matched a quote that I got from a competing dealer. Max and Kevin then had the car in a few days given there was a snowstorm during the week. Afterwards, Ziggy worked his magic and got me the best financing deal with the best APR my local credit union offers. Overall, the team went above and beyond and I am very pleased with the dealership experience. If time comes I need another Mazda (fingers crossed AWD turbocharged Mazda3) I will definitely be back here for business. More

They answered every question I had and worked with me on every detail needed and quite honestly, made a difficult buying situation absolutely pleasant to deal with!! I would highly recommend Tom, Jerry and the whole crew at Hall, they've got a premium inventory, and they are super to deal with, they even detailed my car and filled it up full with fresh diesel and DEF when I picked it up!! I leased my Mazda CX-5 back in May with the help of Patrick Flannigan. My wife fell in love with my car and we decided that once her Toyota lease was up that we would try to find another CX-5 to purchase. We looked online the past few weeks and found one that would be a good fit for her and our budget so I reached back out to Patrick. We came in last night around 5:30pm and by 8:30pm we were leaving with her new car. Patrick Flannigan, Max Stephenson, and Ziggy were all fantastic! I am forgetting the name of the woman who finished the paperwork with my wife because I had to leave but she was also excellent! Being in sales myself, I absolutely dislike the sales tactics that are out in the sales world and I can spot them from a mile away. I purchased my "new" used car through Hall Mazda Volkswagen from salesperson, Scott Holpfer, and he was fantastic! I never felt like I was being "sold", and he seemed to care more about the relationship and what I truly wanted in a car than the deal getting done. The manager, Jerry, was also excellent and very kind. My favorite person there was the finance person, Brenda, wow did we have a great time in her office while I was signing paperwork. I have purchased and traded in a handful of cars throughout my driving lifetime, and I am sure when I say this was the best experience at a car dealership I have ever had! I'm sold! More
