I was assisted looking at the vehicle from another great team member at Hall sales Rep.s Ricardo. I ended up coming back in and talked with Mike, taking care of the sales part. All I can say is great easy experience dealing at Hall Mazda... Volkswagen. I would highly recommend Mike he does a Great job explaining things, and helping me along the way of purchasing my Vehicle. I actually ended up stopping in and it ended up pushing after hours (due to my fault stopping in close to closing time). Brenda Santiago did a great job in the financial department. I still feel bad having them stay after hours. I am very satisfied and I feel that my future purchases Probably will be with this dealership again and hopefully can deal with Mike!!!! All I can say is Thanks Again Mike and the team members of Hall !!!!! Andy More

Do exactly what they ask AND THEN ASK FOR MORE MONEY FOR THE PLEASE READ BEFORE WASTING YOUR TIME WITH THIS DEALERSHIP. When I think of a sleazy dealership, I will now think of Hall VW. I have bought many car PLEASE READ BEFORE WASTING YOUR TIME WITH THIS DEALERSHIP. When I think of a sleazy dealership, I will now think of Hall VW. I have bought many cars, from many dealerships and I have never had a dealership break a contract. Shakes hands with you. Do exactly what they ask AND THEN ASK FOR MORE MONEY FOR THE VEHICLE. Proof: We saw a car online that was posted with 'call for price'. So we called, made an appointment and came in to the see the car. We asked for the price and were given a quote. We came in 4 days later to see the car again. Salesmen mentioned it seemed we liked the car and other people were interested and suggested we put a deposit down. We went inside, drew up paperwork. We did the typical back and forth games dealerships play with you. Where you ask for a lower price, the salesmen goes to their manager (manager was out, so he went to the OWNER) and comes back with a yes/no. In the end, we settled on the same price we were quoted originally and got a free oil change. We signed a printed document with the price, taxes, dealership fees and oil change and both signed. They then drew up temporary purchase agreement. We put our deposit down and left. We shook the salesmen hand. We waited for him to get his manager, Tom. Chatted about how we would love to service our new car here, he mentioned what a great deal we were getting on the car. Went over the paperwork again and shook hands. They had a few more safety inspections to do, so we couldn’t make the deal today. TWO DAYS LATER… we get a call that they need to go up in price by $2000 due to needing a new battery and the rotors (and misc other things) needed to be done. One, this was ridiculous to move up the price as we signed a contract and shook hands on the deal. Two, $2000 seemed like a lot for the itemized list they gave me of fixes. (I had to fight to get the list) So I called a VW dealership 8 miles away from Hall and asked for a quote on the itemized list. Total came to $1400. So they are lying again. We tried to reason with them and said, split the difference. Go up in price by $1000. Took them a day and a half to deny us. They couldn’t get back to us (to deny our offer) because they were 'with other customers'.. These people are crooks. Liars. And downright bad people. The owner, Tom the business manager and another manager ALL approved the price. They all agreed to the price. They shook our hands after signing paperwork agreeing to the price. We gave them our money in good faith the deal with done. THIS IS WRONG. More

My wife and I were looking for a u We stopped in to Hall on Black Friday, needing to purchase a car to replace a vehicle we lost in a wreck last week. My wife and I were looking for a used Beetle but they only had convertibles. Scott was very personable, patient and asked relevant questions, in addition to sharing his own personal experiences with Volkswagens both past and current. This helped us focus on a vehicle that was more suited to our needs. My wife noticed a Black 2016 Jetta S with the right options so we test drove it and really liked it. While we were on our test drive, Scott compiled the info on pricing and we were pleasantly surprised to discover that the car we were interested was on the list for Black Friday discounts, in addition to a very fair advertised price so that really sealed the deal for us. I picked it up this afternoon and the paperwork and Jetta were both ready to go. I was in and out in less than 30 minutes! We are so pleased with both our choice of vehicle and our great experience with Scott, who is very knowledgeable about VW's and knows what and how much info to offer to customers to allow the customer to make the best decision for them. Thank you for making this an enjoyable experience for a first time VW owner. More

Actually, I went back and forth between Jettas, Passats, and Sportwagens. My salesman, Nate, never got frustrated or impatient, he was very easy to work with and helped out with everything I’d asked of him. We chatted for about a month and in the end, I secured a Sportwagen and a Jetta. When I arrived to see the cars for the first time, they were as advertised and made my wife and I happy to not only have our new cars, but to not be dealing with typical dealer games. The finance manager, Brenda, had all of the paperwork ready for us the moment we walked in so after a test drive and about ten minutes of signing, we were gone and on our way. It was easily the best car buying experience for us. I made an 1100 mile, one way, trip for these cars, and would absolutely do it again. More

They were honest with me and kept all promises and commitments. The best part... Mike Miroslaw is a fantastic salesman. He took a lot of time and exhibited a high degree of patience to help me find the car that fit my requirements. He went out of his way over several weeks to communicate professionally and personably with me to keep me informed of options and the status of my purchase. Mike truly made the difference. TDI wagens are rare in colors other than black or white and Lynn put in the extra effort to find me a blue one. She then explained the process to apply the deceil fix, get the title and have it certified for the 2 year warranty. I very happily getting over 50 MPG on the highway. More

Quickly, I knew I could trust Mike and thus focused my effort on working with him. He is honest, knows the vehicle relatively well, is responsive when he doesn't have answers, is professional and is a very good listener. He got us the car we wanted, and we didn't have any surprises during the entire process. From a financial standpoint, we were charged what he quoted over the phone, no hidden fees or push to sell services etc. More
