Went to look at a 2019 CX-9 GT they had in stock, but it was a demo car and had too many miles for my liking. I asked if they can find me a new unit, and they did. They even price matched a quote that I got from a competing dealer. Max and Kevin then had the car in a few days given there was a snowstorm during the week. Afterwards, Ziggy worked his magic and got me the best financing deal with the best APR my local credit union offers. Overall, the team went above and beyond and I am very pleased with the dealership experience. If time comes I need another Mazda (fingers crossed AWD turbocharged Mazda3) I will definitely be back here for business. More

They answered every question I had and worked with me on every detail needed and quite honestly, made a difficult buying situation absolutely pleasant to deal with!! I leased my Mazda CX-5 back in May with the help of Patrick Flannigan. My wife fell in love with my car and we decided that once her Toyota lease was up that we would try to find another CX-5 to purchase. We looked online the past few weeks and found one that would be a good fit for her and our budget so I reached back out to Patrick. We came in last night around 5:30pm and by 8:30pm we were leaving with her new car. Patrick Flannigan, Max Stephenson, and Ziggy were all fantastic! I am forgetting the name of the woman who finished the paperwork with my wife because I had to leave but she was also excellent! Being in sales myself, I absolutely dislike the sales tactics that are out in the sales world and I can spot them from a mile away. I purchased my "new" used car through Hall Mazda Volkswagen from salesperson, Scott Holpfer, and he was fantastic! I never felt like I was being "sold", and he seemed to care more about the relationship and what I truly wanted in a car than the deal getting done. The manager, Jerry, was also excellent and very kind. My favorite person there was the finance person, Brenda, wow did we have a great time in her office while I was signing paperwork. I have purchased and traded in a handful of cars throughout my driving lifetime, and I am sure when I say this was the best experience at a car dealership I have ever had! I'm sold! More

Good Experience with Hall Mazda Overall I had a good experience with Hall Mazda. I bought a 2018 Mazda CX-5 from them. They did not have this car available at their dealership, so th Overall I had a good experience with Hall Mazda. I bought a 2018 Mazda CX-5 from them. They did not have this car available at their dealership, so they requested one from Madison and I was supposed to pick it up in 2 days. They called a couple days later saying that car was no longer available, but they found the same car in Illinois that they were having shipped to Brookfield. This only took 1 extra day, but was an extra day of paying for my rental. I picked up the car and everything went pretty smooth. Mike, my sales agent, showed me all the features of my car and demonstrated how everything worked. He hooked my phone up to my car right away so I wouldn't have any confusion doing it myself later on. The one issue was there was a large scratch on the driver's side passenger window. They didn't see this until right before I showed up, since the scratch was hidden under the window sticker. They said they would fix this for me for free. Mike was great and tried to make this process as easy for me as possible. He actually drove to my work to get my car and leave me a rental to drive, and he drove my car once it was finished back to my work. I really appreciated this since I didn't have to miss any work or get up extra early to drive to Brookfield before my day started. More
