Was directed towards Mike who was willing to show me similar vehicles for test drives to get a feel for them. Was able to sit down after, list out exactly what I was looking for and Mike started the search to find me the right car and get it certified as well. Drove off the lot today paying the price we agreed upon and checked off every box I wanted. Very satisfied and will more than likely return in the future! More

Horrible Service Experience Went in for new tires and service on October 18th after being told about the VW service Credit Card and Mail in Rebate for service. This dealership advertises the card all over their shop and on the sales floor, yet NO ONE knew anything about it when I presented it for payment. After weeks of going back and forth with them they finally were able to charge the service to the VW Service Credit Card as promised and advertised. Now the statement for the card says that they finally charged the service on Nov 28th! And now the rebate is getting denied because the service date does not match the date on the statement. More

Long story but traded it for a different make and model 7 months later. Missed the GTI. Even though I traded it at a dealer 20 miles away it landed back at its original home. Today I repurchased it. Same great experience with Mike Miroslaw-sales. Tom-manager and finance guys were great. Had a nice long talk with Charlie before driving out for the second time with a car I love. There’s a reason this family dealership has been around a long time. More
Patient salesperson helped me find the right car I was intending to buy a used TDI Sportwagen and had worked with several dealerships trying to find one with the exact feature set that I was looking I was intending to buy a used TDI Sportwagen and had worked with several dealerships trying to find one with the exact feature set that I was looking for. When I first visited Hall Imports, the first salesperson I worked with assured me that we would be able to find the used TDI Sportwagen with the trim level I wanted. Unfortunately, that person never followed up with me in spite of my following up with them on two separate occasions. Fortunately, I later established contact with Mike Miroslaw, who very patiently and reliably kept me informed about the status of TDI Sportwagens that were scheduled to arrive at the dealership. After several weeks of considering used TDI’s I began to consider new VW’s. While I was waffling between a used TDI and a new VW, Mike patiently worked with me, answering all of my questions and never pressuring me to make a decision. When I finally decided that the right car for me was a Golf Alltrack SE with manual transmission—a very hard-to-find vehicle—Hall had one in stock. I think it was the only one in stock in the entire state. Hall has a nice selection of vehicles in stock, offered at competitive prices and, based on my experience with Mike, a no-pressure sales approach which helps take some of the stress out of the car-buying process. When I went to pick up the Alltrack, Mike even gave the wheels some extra detailing to remove some sticker residue that was still on them from the factory. He seemed genuinely interested in making sure that I had the best possible car-buying experience. More
Great, Friendly Experience!!! Bought a great Car dealing online with Mike Miroslaw. (2015 Volkswagen TDI Jetta) Mike wasn't available the day I stopped in to look at the vehicle. I was assisted looking at the vehicle from another great team member at Hall sales Rep.s Ricardo. I ended up coming back in and talked with Mike, taking care of the sales part. All I can say is great easy experience dealing at Hall Mazda... Volkswagen. I would highly recommend Mike he does a Great job explaining things, and helping me along the way of purchasing my Vehicle. I actually ended up stopping in and it ended up pushing after hours (due to my fault stopping in close to closing time). Brenda Santiago did a great job in the financial department. I still feel bad having them stay after hours. I am very satisfied and I feel that my future purchases Probably will be with this dealership again and hopefully can deal with Mike!!!! All I can say is Thanks Again Mike and the team members of Hall !!!!! Andy More

Do exactly what they ask AND THEN ASK FOR MORE MONEY FOR THE PLEASE READ BEFORE WASTING YOUR TIME WITH THIS DEALERSHIP. When I think of a sleazy dealership, I will now think of Hall VW. I have bought many car PLEASE READ BEFORE WASTING YOUR TIME WITH THIS DEALERSHIP. When I think of a sleazy dealership, I will now think of Hall VW. I have bought many cars, from many dealerships and I have never had a dealership break a contract. Shakes hands with you. Do exactly what they ask AND THEN ASK FOR MORE MONEY FOR THE VEHICLE. Proof: We saw a car online that was posted with 'call for price'. So we called, made an appointment and came in to the see the car. We asked for the price and were given a quote. We came in 4 days later to see the car again. Salesmen mentioned it seemed we liked the car and other people were interested and suggested we put a deposit down. We went inside, drew up paperwork. We did the typical back and forth games dealerships play with you. Where you ask for a lower price, the salesmen goes to their manager (manager was out, so he went to the OWNER) and comes back with a yes/no. In the end, we settled on the same price we were quoted originally and got a free oil change. We signed a printed document with the price, taxes, dealership fees and oil change and both signed. They then drew up temporary purchase agreement. We put our deposit down and left. We shook the salesmen hand. We waited for him to get his manager, Tom. Chatted about how we would love to service our new car here, he mentioned what a great deal we were getting on the car. Went over the paperwork again and shook hands. They had a few more safety inspections to do, so we couldn’t make the deal today. TWO DAYS LATER… we get a call that they need to go up in price by $2000 due to needing a new battery and the rotors (and misc other things) needed to be done. One, this was ridiculous to move up the price as we signed a contract and shook hands on the deal. Two, $2000 seemed like a lot for the itemized list they gave me of fixes. (I had to fight to get the list) So I called a VW dealership 8 miles away from Hall and asked for a quote on the itemized list. Total came to $1400. So they are lying again. We tried to reason with them and said, split the difference. Go up in price by $1000. Took them a day and a half to deny us. They couldn’t get back to us (to deny our offer) because they were 'with other customers'.. These people are crooks. Liars. And downright bad people. The owner, Tom the business manager and another manager ALL approved the price. They all agreed to the price. They shook our hands after signing paperwork agreeing to the price. We gave them our money in good faith the deal with done. THIS IS WRONG. More
