He was incredibly knowledge and helped me with my many questions since I had only previously owned cars. I decided on the 2017 Tiguan and throughout the years, he would email to check in to make sure I was still happy with the car. So when my lease was coming to an end, I wanted to make sure that I reached out to Mike. He and Jerry made the process incredibly smooth and made me feel like I was just there the other day. Could not be more happy with my new lease and with the service that I received! More
