I had planned to test drive various other crossovers and requested no phone calls should be made to me. With all the dealerships I visited, Michal was the only salesman who respected my wishes. Within a week I called for a second test drive. When I arrived at the dealership he had my pretty blue CX-5 warmed up and waiting for me. Fast forward to the delivery, Michal hooked up my phone to the Apple CarPlay and walked me through all settings. Before driving away, he invited me to come back if I needed any additional assistance.
