Poor quality vehicles, incompetent dealer experience! 1 star only because the staff has been courteous. However, the 2012 CX-9 I purchased new from this dealership has been nothing but problems (engine is 1 star only because the staff has been courteous. However, the 2012 CX-9 I purchased new from this dealership has been nothing but problems (engine issues causing the vehicle to fail emissions at 20k miles, complete brake replacement well before expectation, rear window washer issues, rear brake light issues, and transfer case needed to be replaced at 60k miles - to name a few). So many issues that Mazda provided an employee discount certificate to buy a replacement; however, Hall Mazda could not provide competitive pricing as I was able to get stronger offer from other dealers without even referencing the discount. During the last issues with Transfer Case replacement, the vehicle needed to be returned four times and we continue to have issues that are unresolved. Expect a dealer who will not root cause your vehicle issues, perform only the minimal fixes after they leave your vehicle in worse shape than you start with. Worst experience I have had, period. Uber reimbursement beware Bought a 2015 Passat TDI (10733P) last month. Flew into Milwaukee airport and took an Uber to the Hall Volkswagen. Was promised by the sales and the manager I would be reimbursed for my Uber to the dealership. I've emailed them numerous times and still haven't not been reimbursed and it's been well over a month. So beware what they tell you. They are not completely honest this dealership! More

Amazing Experience I was in need of a car to replace a older vehicle. Went and talked with Eric Parsons and test drove a car. Looking at other dealershios we told him we I was in need of a car to replace a older vehicle. Went and talked with Eric Parsons and test drove a car. Looking at other dealershios we told him we would be back in touch. Later that day we called to tll him that we liker another car elsewhere. He thanks us for the visit and suggested another car he had that we did not look at. Well, the other dealership turned into a nightmare and I walked away from that deal and went straight back to Eric. Just left with my new (well, new to me) car.Eric and their finance guy made the process so smooth and actually enjoyable. GO SEE ERIC PARSONS, you will actually enjoy the car buying experience.
