I TOOK A RISK TO BUY A CAR FROM OUT OF STATE AND IT WAS WORT For me Hall car was just another car dealer but not anymore. I came across Hall car listing and put my offer for 26.5k for a car that was listed at 29k. After 2 week of follow up they accepted my offer. Now the only thing that worried me was will it be worth my trip to fly from TX to WI. There were many What ifs as I did my due diligence over the phone. Apparently all seemed well and I flew off to WI. The car was same as promised and condition was pristine. Pat and Ziggy were the best and took less the an hour to get me back on the road with my new ride and best financing. I certainly recommend them for their honesty, professionalism and friendly staff. Most of all I recommend Patrick as he is a great gentleman with best ethics to serve his client. If you are out of State and seeking to buy a car at competitive rate Hall Car is the place is the go. Worst service ever I have bought 2 VW SUVs in the past 2 years, service for oil change or recalls have been a nightmare. My husband owns a TDI Tiguan and the mechanics a I have bought 2 VW SUVs in the past 2 years, service for oil change or recalls have been a nightmare. My husband owns a TDI Tiguan and the mechanics at this place do not know how to change the oil, when they do, they overflow the system despite having plenty of computer alerts telling them that they are. When we return the vehicle to get the problem fix they then put less oil than indicated just because they seem to cannot know how to do it the right way. All of these happened months ago, we gave it a chance and took the car back for a new oil change and this time (again) they state they need to keep the car over the weekend (despite the fact that the appointment for the oil change was made over a week ago ) because they have backed up work from the week. The do not offer any alternatives or provide service car. do they think people just have spare cars? We own cars because we need them not because we can spend 4 days + inconveniences for them to do something that should take them 30 minutes. This is ridiculous. I own a 2018 Atlas and same thing, the car has a nagging noise (that it did not have when we bought it), results of the mechanics inspection? Use it like that , the ones have the same noise that is just part of the car. If I wanted an old sounding car I would not have bought a new car to begin with! Incompetent is the only way to describe this place. As much I love VW I would never by a car here again. More
