Still waiting on Call I took my vehicle in to get my heat in the driver's seat fixed. I called back the same day, Jan 3rd to inform them that the heat still is not working. I took my vehicle in to get my heat in the driver's seat fixed. I called back the same day, Jan 3rd to inform them that the heat still is not working. I was told they would do some research and get back to me by Monday, that call has yet to come and it is Jan 15th. Very poor customer service. I was treated great when I was there and felt confident when I left the dealer. I am not happy that I still have not received a call back. I do not feel like I should have to call and ask. I will not be going back and make sure to let family and friends know about the poor service. More
