FIRST NEW CAR!! I had never been to a dealership for my very own new car, so I was very nervous approaching one. (Especially with all the horror stories I've been tol I had never been to a dealership for my very own new car, so I was very nervous approaching one. (Especially with all the horror stories I've been told over the years from other dealerships) Michael White greeted us, and I already knew what car I wanted (Tucson). He took us for a test drive and told us all about the vehicle. Very kind the whole time, not pushy at all!!! Loved it. We were greeted by the sales manager, John Signor ellipsis, who then went over the offer,we accepted it, and he went right to work to get me my car as soon as possible. Of course there are lots of steps and waiting with buying a car but everything was taken care of quickly and after a few hours I had my brand new white tucson 2017! I am very much in love with my car and will recommend any family and friends to this dealership! *my only complaint is that dmv has sent me a bill in the mail for my registration and to get my actual tags when the dealership is suppose to handle those things for you (from my understanding). I will go to dealership tomorrow to clear up any confusion. More

I didn't have a particular type of vehicle in mind. He gave me a list of cars that fit my criteria for me to look at. I narrowed my choices down went to take a closer look at each choice. The finance dept was very patient and ran my payments for about 4 or so vehicles. He came back with each amount and it was decided I would take the Elantra. I was able to take the car home that night and sign the paperwork in the morning before work. It was great that they were willing to work with my cosigner who lived in WA. Had they not been able to do that I would not be driving my new car today. Thank you More
