This is what made me decide to recently cancel an appointment once I arrived. New management and new policy. Once arriving for an appointment to get new brakes and an oil change done, I am told that appointment once I arrived. New management and new policy. Once arriving for an appointment to get new brakes and an oil change done, I am told that there is a new policy. They will now charge $165 to give me the estimate I wanted for another issue I mentioned about my car. Basically, they want to make money off of an estimate that I can get free elsewhere. So I decided not to let them do my brakes and oil change either. I am taking my business elsewhere. Also, Be prepared for long waits; they overbook. More
I have had my car serviced at this dealership by Syeed many times over the years and I wouldn’t have anyone else work on my car. He knows what he is doing, he is patient and gets the job done right! I base this review on my recent experience dropping off my car for state inspection. Blake Chipok and the intake technician (I forgot his name, he is the young man, dark hair, glasses) served as a model o my car for state inspection. Blake Chipok and the intake technician (I forgot his name, he is the young man, dark hair, glasses) served as a model of the teamwork and excellent customer service that serve as a foundation for the service department. The two worked together collaboratively to schedule my car even though there where no longer any appointments available for the day. Blake explained the issue the computer was having and walked through the process to add cars as drop offs when the scheduled appointments are full. I was impressed with the level of team building that this small exchanged demonstrated: teamwork in the problem-solving and mentoring and excellent customer service communicating to me what to expect. More

The service advisor was great, but shuttle driver was rude. When I told him where I lived he told me he didn’t know who told me to get in the shuttle but he didn’t go more than 5 miles. I live 6.1 miles and wasn’t aware of the 5 mile rule and that 1.3 miles would cause him so much consternation, however once I got out of the van and spoke to my svc advisor, he said he would take me, at that point I was uncomfortable with his attitude and just decided to wait for the completion of my car svc. I was visiting family member at hospital in Va Beach we are from Moseley Va when my tpms showed low tire. Pulled into dealership and asked to check tire pressure. Found that it was 8 psi low. Thank you to those three great individuals for reaffirming why I picked an awesome dealership and a good car manufacturer four years ago to begin with! Also thank you to Honda Corporation for agreeing to pay for my AC as it was having issues a little too early on. Only 29k miles on a new car. Adam has been my service advisor for a couple of years now and every time I leave my vehicle there he does a great job at explaining to me what is being done with my car. I can tell the service team there is thorough and that they do their best for each customer. I appreciate the peace of mind that I can take my car to a reliable dealership when needed and then drive off with confidence that my car is safe and good to go! Hopefully improving the overall lifespan of my car! Adam and Dave were able to work with American Honda Corporation on my most recent issue with my Civics' AC to get the costs taken care of since it was the right thing to do. The charges were a little over $1700! More
