The paint on my roof was literally shredding off my vehicle. I had to go there to speak with the service manager since he wouldn’t return my calls. This issue was finally resolved. Then, my doors st vehicle. I had to go there to speak with the service manager since he wouldn’t return my calls. This issue was finally resolved. Then, my doors started peeling paint and I again tried to file a claim. The service manager again failed to return my calls so I again drove down there. They looked at my car and said they weren’t sure the doors were covered by the warranty. I contacted Honda in CA and a liaison tried to work things out. The CA liaison said the service manager wouldn’t return her calls and then said he said they already repainted the car. No. They repainted the roof not the doors that subsequently started with paint peeling. I was told that the service manager set an appointment for me during a short vacation I was on in Texas. It cost more than $400.00 to change the ticket. I went to the service department and the manager sent me to the auto shop. The person that evaluated my paint said that he would forward the estimate to the sales manager. The liaison called and said the sales manager said I was a no show. The auto body shop said the sales manager told him to sit on the estimate. I found them to be disreputable and manipulative . S my advice: Stay away from HALL dealerships. More
