I've been a customer since end of 2003/beginning of 2004. Tae Hwang is my blue team service advisor. I recently had a new transmission, tune up, belt package, 2 tires, back brakes, wheel aglinment along wit Tae Hwang is my blue team service advisor. I dropped my car off on Wednesday May 6 and my car was ready at 5pm friday May 8. I was very impressed with the length of time and it drives like a brand new car. This dealership is AWESOME. I had and emergency with my vehicle where I had a tire blow out on me. After I put the spare tire onto my car I drove it to Hall Honda and was greeted immediatley by Justin Fox vehicle where I had a tire blow out on me. He did not have any technicians available at the time because it was after 5:00. So he was proactive and took it straight to the express service and had a technician replace the tire for me. The service was fantastic. I definetley recommend the dealership to anyone even if it is not a Honda. Way to go Justin and the hall honda service staff. More

I brought my car in for service. Justin Fox was the one I spoke with and explained the problem to. I felt he actually listened to what I had to say and then in terms I could understand, he explained what I spoke with and explained the problem to. I came to the dealership to buy a part.At the parts counter jamie and chris introduced me me to Justin in the service department.I was going to a local shop to have my work performed.But Justin assured counter jamie and chris introduced me me to Justin in the service department.I was going to a local shop to have my work performed.But Justin assured me that he could help me.The entire service and parts team not only repaired my Honda Accord the same day.But I did not need the repair that the local shop said was needed. Hall Honda sholud be proud to have such dedicated and professonial service people.Not only did they repair my honda but did it for $ 250.00 less than I was told by the other guy.I will be sure to make Hall Honda my first stop everytime.
