the never ending nightmare!!!!! so after having purchased a new car and never getting my tag transfer initiated, and going back to the dealership (because none of my messages were re so after having purchased a new car and never getting my tag transfer initiated, and going back to the dealership (because none of my messages were responded to over the phone) for an additional temporary tag, only to be told i basically had to rebuy the car because no one ever contacted me to say that the finance company did not in fact approve the loan (so they basically let me drive around this car for a month thinking everything was fine), i finally was able to get the interior and exterior protection scheduled that no one had contacted me about. I drop off my car on the scheduled day, after speaking to the service representative about have dirt spots already on the upholstry and asking if they would clean it and her assuring me they would spot clean all stains prior to applying the protective treatment, and was giving a loaner car. I was told the treatment would be ready the next day, so I go in at 4pm to pick up my car, which was not done. As I waited i spoke to the service representative and reminded her that i was offered 2 free oil changes (that i won't even get around to using before i move) and my gas tank filled up for revising a previous negative review I wrote about the initial problem I experienced in buying the car. She told me the 2 oil changes were in their system but she did not know anything about the gas. I told her that was what I had been told so it needed to get done. Finally a few minutes after 5pm (over an hr later) they pull my car around. I inspect the car only to realize they didn't do anything about the dirt/stains on the upholstery, dirt/stains that would have never been an issue had they applied the interior protection when i first bought the car instead of waiting a month till i come up the the dealership and make a big deal about it. I refused to just accept that work/customer service/treatment and left my car there yet another day for them to fix. I have wasted sooo much of my time and this horrible car buying experience. I wish I would have went ANYWHERE else but here to buy a car. I hate that they are taking advantage of me and i have to constantly get stressed out about issues with a NEW CAR!!!!!!! DO NOT GO HERE EVER!!! YOU WILL REGRET IT!!!!! More
Excellent Service I went to Hall Honda Yesterday for service on my 2015 Honda Civic. While I was there waiting I had the opportunity to meet with Alvin Massenburg. He i I went to Hall Honda Yesterday for service on my 2015 Honda Civic. While I was there waiting I had the opportunity to meet with Alvin Massenburg. He informed me that I was a preferred customer and was eligible for an upgrade. I was very Hesitant at first because the first thing that popped in my head was more money. I expressed to Mr. Massenburg that The only way I would upgrade is if my payments stayed the same. He assured me that he would get me the best deal possible. To my surprise I was able to upgrade my car and keep the same exact payments. I no longer finance, I now lease my 2016 Honda CRV. I had a wonderful experience with Mr. Massenburg, he was beyond pleasant and professional. His customer service skills are wonderful. I will definitely recommend my friends who own Honda'[s contact him for all their needs. I walked out that the door yesterday with the biggest smile ever. Thank you so much Alvin Massenburg. More
Just poor customer service I've had an appointment for 3 weeks to have the passenger airbag replaced due to a recall on the part. I was a bit disappointed that it would be 3 weeks before I could get an appointment, but I let that go. I received 3 email appointment reminders. Then last night, they left a message on my voicemail that they had ordered the part a couple of days ago, but it had not yet arrived. I've had the appointment for 3 weeks...couldn't you have ordered the part sooner to be sure it was in on time? And there was no apology for not having the part - they would call me when it arrived. I was planning to meet with a sales rep to look at new Honda, but I won't now. I need dealer with a service department that is a lot more on the ball. More
Anthony Loveless Rocks! I bought my Odyssey from another dealer and they forgot to give me the key for the tire lock feature. When I went to buy new tires, they were unable I bought my Odyssey from another dealer and they forgot to give me the key for the tire lock feature. When I went to buy new tires, they were unable to remove the tires. I called Hall Honda in a bind because I needed new tires before leaving for an out of town trip the next day. Anthony told me to come in and he found me the part I needed in less than five minutes. There was plenty of opportunity to take advantage of the situation and make a bit of money, but Anthony did the right thing even when it wasn't his mistake, that is why I know I can trust this dealership to service my car quickly, fairly and with quality service. Thanks Anthony, YOU ROCK! More

"Came for car service, left with a brand new car" My original plan was to go in and have my 2013 Honda Accord serviced. I was later approached by Richard Barrera. He was very professional and had an outstanding personality. When he first approached me like I would to any other salesman, I told him that I was not looking to buy a new car. Unlike a lot of other salesman who'd approached me in the past he began giving me a different out look on what an upgrade on my car would be and how it would't change the payments and I would be offered some more sweet deals that would come with it. So I told him to let me call my husband and see what he thought of me upgrading my car. Once my husband agreed that it would be a great idea I let my guard down just a little and allowed Richard to sway me in. I told Richard I was not willing to go above the payments that I was paying on my old car and he told me that he wold do his best to keep the payments as low as possible. By the end of my time with Richard I realized that he had not only respected my wishes but was even able to get me even more deals on both the old car and new car. I enjoyed working with him and everyone else who was involved in the success in my car buying. I've been in with Hall Honda since 2013 and I must say their deals have always came out on top compared to some of the other dealerships that I had dealt with in the past! Great place and great people working for you on getting your dream car! More

Fantastic Service! Came in today very last minute without an appointment hoping to be squeezed in. I was shocked how amazing the entire service staff was. Out of towner felt right at home We were traveling from Richmond to VA Beach when our wipers stopped working. We took the truck into Hall without an appointment and Randy and the Green Team took care of me. They didn't make me wait long for a Monday, in fact it was only about an hour and a half. They were able to do a Multi Point inspection, checked the wiper arms, motor, fuses and found that the motor breaker kicked in due to heavy snow on windshield. I felt relieved that they checked it out thoroughly. They made me feel that they really cared that the vehicle was safe for us to use it to take the 4 hour trip to go home to Maryland. Great experience and I wish we could take it here for all of our maintenance. Maybe we will plan on coming to the beach whenever we need work done. :) More
