waste of time I picked up my car a couple weeks ago and found a chip on my windshield, i know it wasn't there when i dropped it off but couldn't prove they did it. So I read my warranty and it said to take it back to the dealership where I purchased the car, unfortunately for me that was Hall Honda Virginia beac. So I made an appointment last weekend for this weekend. Obviously when I made the appointment I detailed that I would be for repair on my windshield and explained. I go in today for my appointment only to be told I would have to call the guy I made the appointment with (who wasn't even there at the time of my scheduled appointment) on Monday because he would have to call "a glass guy". What?! So I made an appointment just for them to tell me that I would have to make another appointment?! They obviously dont bother to look at the scheduled appointments. I hate dealing with this dealership and I regret every day ever buying a car from them. More

Out of State Experience My story begins en route to my daughter's house in North Carolina last Christmas when the battery in my 2012 CRV died on board the Cape May Lewes Ferr My story begins en route to my daughter's house in North Carolina last Christmas when the battery in my 2012 CRV died on board the Cape May Lewes Ferry. After a jump from the Ferry personnel, I was advised not to stop until I got where I was going. While passing through Virginia Beach, we came upon Hall Honda and stopped in to see if they would be able to assist us. We were loaded with Christmas presents, two dogs and my mother-in-law. The Express Service Department took us in right away and assured us they would take care of us. They put in a new battery, did a diagnostic safety check, checked the fluids all in a short time. Everyone in the Service Department had a smile and treated me with respect, anxious to please. Erin Bessey, General Manager, should be complimented for training her staff in courteousness, eager to help, and treating customers truly as Number 1. As I result of this experience I purchased a 2016 CRV the next time I was in Virginia Beach from Hall Honda. Sales team associates Alvin Massenburg, Jr. and Amanda Carroll were honest, down to earth sales personnel. I am proud to have a Hall Honda license plate bracket and logo on my CRV while living in New Jersey. More
the never ending nightmare!!!!! so after having purchased a new car and never getting my tag transfer initiated, and going back to the dealership (because none of my messages were re so after having purchased a new car and never getting my tag transfer initiated, and going back to the dealership (because none of my messages were responded to over the phone) for an additional temporary tag, only to be told i basically had to rebuy the car because no one ever contacted me to say that the finance company did not in fact approve the loan (so they basically let me drive around this car for a month thinking everything was fine), i finally was able to get the interior and exterior protection scheduled that no one had contacted me about. I drop off my car on the scheduled day, after speaking to the service representative about have dirt spots already on the upholstry and asking if they would clean it and her assuring me they would spot clean all stains prior to applying the protective treatment, and was giving a loaner car. I was told the treatment would be ready the next day, so I go in at 4pm to pick up my car, which was not done. As I waited i spoke to the service representative and reminded her that i was offered 2 free oil changes (that i won't even get around to using before i move) and my gas tank filled up for revising a previous negative review I wrote about the initial problem I experienced in buying the car. She told me the 2 oil changes were in their system but she did not know anything about the gas. I told her that was what I had been told so it needed to get done. Finally a few minutes after 5pm (over an hr later) they pull my car around. I inspect the car only to realize they didn't do anything about the dirt/stains on the upholstery, dirt/stains that would have never been an issue had they applied the interior protection when i first bought the car instead of waiting a month till i come up the the dealership and make a big deal about it. I refused to just accept that work/customer service/treatment and left my car there yet another day for them to fix. I have wasted sooo much of my time and this horrible car buying experience. I wish I would have went ANYWHERE else but here to buy a car. I hate that they are taking advantage of me and i have to constantly get stressed out about issues with a NEW CAR!!!!!!! DO NOT GO HERE EVER!!! YOU WILL REGRET IT!!!!! More
Excellent Service I went to Hall Honda Yesterday for service on my 2015 Honda Civic. While I was there waiting I had the opportunity to meet with Alvin Massenburg. He i I went to Hall Honda Yesterday for service on my 2015 Honda Civic. While I was there waiting I had the opportunity to meet with Alvin Massenburg. He informed me that I was a preferred customer and was eligible for an upgrade. I was very Hesitant at first because the first thing that popped in my head was more money. I expressed to Mr. Massenburg that The only way I would upgrade is if my payments stayed the same. He assured me that he would get me the best deal possible. To my surprise I was able to upgrade my car and keep the same exact payments. I no longer finance, I now lease my 2016 Honda CRV. I had a wonderful experience with Mr. Massenburg, he was beyond pleasant and professional. His customer service skills are wonderful. I will definitely recommend my friends who own Honda'[s contact him for all their needs. I walked out that the door yesterday with the biggest smile ever. Thank you so much Alvin Massenburg. More
