Above & Beyond!! I had the pleasure of working with Adam Jones today who handled my repair for the air-conditioner. I had left my vehicle for service today only to lat I had the pleasure of working with Adam Jones today who handled my repair for the air-conditioner. I had left my vehicle for service today only to later realize that I forgot my EZ pass and phone charger in the car. As I raced to get to the dealership before the service area closed at 7 PM I realized that everyone in the service side had already left. Tommy and Duke went out of their way to assist me with locating my EZ pass and phone charger. Excellent customer service! We will definitely buy our next cars from Hall Honda More

Outstanding Customer Service Corbitt's customer service was excellent as always! This was our second visit at this location and during our first visit he delivered the same amount Corbitt's customer service was excellent as always! This was our second visit at this location and during our first visit he delivered the same amount of concern, understanding and honesty. Dealing with car maintenance can be a hassle and can cause a feeling of distrust, however; Corbitt eliminated this feeling and got the job done. We will be returning in the next few weeks to take care of some other issues we are having with our vehicle and trust that Corbitt will take care of us. Thank you Corbitt, you're the best!! More

waste of time I picked up my car a couple weeks ago and found a chip on my windshield, i know it wasn't there when i dropped it off but couldn't prove they did it. So I read my warranty and it said to take it back to the dealership where I purchased the car, unfortunately for me that was Hall Honda Virginia beac. So I made an appointment last weekend for this weekend. Obviously when I made the appointment I detailed that I would be for repair on my windshield and explained. I go in today for my appointment only to be told I would have to call the guy I made the appointment with (who wasn't even there at the time of my scheduled appointment) on Monday because he would have to call "a glass guy". What?! So I made an appointment just for them to tell me that I would have to make another appointment?! They obviously dont bother to look at the scheduled appointments. I hate dealing with this dealership and I regret every day ever buying a car from them. More

Out of State Experience My story begins en route to my daughter's house in North Carolina last Christmas when the battery in my 2012 CRV died on board the Cape May Lewes Ferr My story begins en route to my daughter's house in North Carolina last Christmas when the battery in my 2012 CRV died on board the Cape May Lewes Ferry. After a jump from the Ferry personnel, I was advised not to stop until I got where I was going. While passing through Virginia Beach, we came upon Hall Honda and stopped in to see if they would be able to assist us. We were loaded with Christmas presents, two dogs and my mother-in-law. The Express Service Department took us in right away and assured us they would take care of us. They put in a new battery, did a diagnostic safety check, checked the fluids all in a short time. Everyone in the Service Department had a smile and treated me with respect, anxious to please. Erin Bessey, General Manager, should be complimented for training her staff in courteousness, eager to help, and treating customers truly as Number 1. As I result of this experience I purchased a 2016 CRV the next time I was in Virginia Beach from Hall Honda. Sales team associates Alvin Massenburg, Jr. and Amanda Carroll were honest, down to earth sales personnel. I am proud to have a Hall Honda license plate bracket and logo on my CRV while living in New Jersey. More
