Everyone is so nice! I have really never had a bad experience at Hall, which I feel like says a lot for a dealership (no offense!). They don't care about there customers. I have been a loyal Hall Honda customer since 2013. I got 2 cars 2016 model last year and today I bring my car for service and they are not sure if th I have been a loyal Hall Honda customer since 2013. I got 2 cars 2016 model last year and today I bring my car for service and they are not sure if they can do the repair which maybe just a clog AC drain hose. They told me that it takes like 3 to 5 hours and they will close today at 5P.M. I ask them about a loaner program for in case that they keep my car in the shop. They said that they have a program but they don't have a car available. It sounds like if I don't get my car back today I don't a car to drive to work on Monday. They don't know how to take care of their loyal customers. Also I have notice that problem since Monday this week that there is a water leaking underneath my glove box and the floor was wet. I told them that but their were no urgency for them to help you. I have prior bad experience here before and I address to their service manager but it is Saturday of course he is not here. I can't believe that they are out of loaner car, there to many cars in the lot wow. In addition with that if I don't call them they will not call me and keep my car in the shop for the whole weekend makes me to rent a car to go to work on Monday.That is good that I called them if I can get my car back so that I don't need to rent a car and when I went back there to get my car they told me that they can find where's the water leaks come from. My car sets there for the whole day and they can figure out what's wrong, wow. Even me I'm not a mechanic I can tell the leaks came from the AC drain because when I crawled down and check the drain hose it don't drain that good just a few drip and most of the water goes inside my car underneath my glovebox which make my carpet floor wet and they are not concerned about that. I called there manager of course he is not available on weekends. I hope he called me back on Monday. So stress dealing with this dealership. More

Corbitt Carroll made this the best experience I've had with the service department yet (over 6 years of service at this dealership); there was a much Corbitt Carroll made this the best experience I've had with the service department yet (over 6 years of service at this dealership); there was a much larger issue than I anticipated, but he did his research on the parts needing to be replaced in order to get some covered under warranty, was very accommodating with my schedule, and made communication very easy with texting capability. He was polite, professional, honest, and although he was informative on other issues with my car, I didn't feel any pressure to buy anything that was unnecessary at this time. He really went out of his way to be helpful in various ways, and my appreciation goes much further than I can explain in this review. Thank you very much!! More

Dealership of Stress I have been a loyal buyer on this dealership and I bought or purchased like five vehicles on this dealership. Before this place was so better than pre I have been a loyal buyer on this dealership and I bought or purchased like five vehicles on this dealership. Before this place was so better than present situation. Last time I went here for service plus the oil change was not free even you bought a brand new car from this place is not the as the other dealership state inspection, oil change and other service are free when you purchased a car from them. My last and present bad experience with this dealership service was today when I bring my car for state inspection and Im kind of excited because my wife told me that the renovation on this place was done but it is getting worst, I get there I saw a re route sign and the glass garage door was close and I need to drive my car to the side of the building and wait in line until the service person help you out in the rain after that, you need to walk outside to enter the building and when I enter the building I don't see the computers that was in the waiting place before so the customer can use it while waiting. Now I understand the renovation was for personnel that works their not for the customer that will getting to bored, restless, frustrated,and other bad fellings you fell while waiting for you vehicle for a long time.Please don't purchase a vehicle here and treated like nobody like me. Above & Beyond!! I had the pleasure of working with Adam Jones today who handled my repair for the air-conditioner. I had left my vehicle for service today only to lat I had the pleasure of working with Adam Jones today who handled my repair for the air-conditioner. I had left my vehicle for service today only to later realize that I forgot my EZ pass and phone charger in the car. As I raced to get to the dealership before the service area closed at 7 PM I realized that everyone in the service side had already left. Tommy and Duke went out of their way to assist me with locating my EZ pass and phone charger. Excellent customer service! We will definitely buy our next cars from Hall Honda More

Dealing with car maintenance can be a hassle and can cause a feeling of distrust, however; Corbitt eliminated this feeling and got the job done. We will be returning in the next few weeks to take care of some other issues we are having with our vehicle and trust that Corbitt will take care of us. Thank you Corbitt, you're the best!! More
