Fantastic service! I went to get an inspection on my truck. Figured I would be there awhile. That was definitely not the case. Nicole was very helpful and delightful while setting me up with the appt. I was surprised when she asked to wait in the waiting room because I thought I would have to drop my vehicle off. Nate the inspector did a fantastic job as well. My truck looked cleaner than when I gave it to them. I went and saw Christina, for at least an oil change. Christina went above and beyond and got me a state inspection!!! I had discussed that i had a busy schedule and she replied, “Say no more!” that was my first time in your service department & wont be my last. Ill be writing her a review on anything that i can. Car completely dead/Would not start Called for appointment and explained my situation and that I had obtained a jump start but was concerned car would not start again if shut off. I was Called for appointment and explained my situation and that I had obtained a jump start but was concerned car would not start again if shut off. I was fit into service schedule with an appointment an hour from when I called. Great news because I didn't want the car idling for hours and chance causing another problem. I took the car in about a half hour before scheduled appointment thinking I'd have to sit with it idling but service team leader Nicole Gnader spotted me and responding immediately, took the car in for servicing. Nicole kept me informed of progress and even added the passenger side airbag recall fix. I praise her friendliness and professionalism throughout. More
