From frustration to satisfaction—but Hall Honda can improve I am really frustrated! I talked yesterday to Dave Cramer, made an arrangement about bringing my 2016 Honda Pilot to theshop this morning for a look a I am really frustrated! I talked yesterday to Dave Cramer, made an arrangement about bringing my 2016 Honda Pilot to theshop this morning for a look at the brakes. When my wife showed up with the car at 8AM, NOBODY knew anything about this arrangement. And I talked to Dave a couple of times. emailed also, so, what are you guys doing? I had the impression that you wanted to service my car, which is still under warranty, but, no. You simply chose to ignore your customers and waste my time and efforts. I am really disappointed. —— After finally having made a new appointment with Honda, I tried a couple of times that morning (10am and 11am) to get into contact with the service manager about the exact ‘morning time’ for service (they always want you to call them back but they are never there to speak with you). Anyway, after having tried Honda’s chat function, I got a lot of attention. Soon after, a Honda rep brought me a loaner car (not the Pilot they promised but a CR-V—no big deal). My Pilot came back to me the same day and the service was completed to my full satisfaction. Looking back, I have this advice to the Hall Honda management: When you make an appointment with a customer, be sure it’s visible in your management system so ALL service people in the shop can find the right information at the right time. If someone promises a customer to ‘personally take care’ of a car, let me tell you, it’s much more important to get the job done RIGHT versus by a specific person. I trust you as a company, not as individuals. Finally, my family and I love our Honda Pilot. It’s a fantastic vehicle, and we’ll learn to live with the rest. Thanks. More
My Second Great Experience I took my car to Hall Honda for my Auto Armor Appointment. I pulled up to the service door and was greeted with a smile. The young lady helped me because I was sure exactly whom I needed to speak with. She walked me to the desk and I was introduced to Shelby. Shelby was amazing. She made sure I was well taken care of. My sales person Michael made sure all well I was taken care of. Hall Honda is more like family. Every time Ive been there its been the greatest experience. I live in Suffolk Virginia but that ride to Va Beach Is so worth it. I want to give a big thanks to Shelby and Mike.. More
