THE BEST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER!!! In January 2020, Christina made me a appointment to I meet with Ms. Barb. Ms. Barb is the BEST, she spent more than an hour going over all the perks In January 2020, Christina made me a appointment to I meet with Ms. Barb. Ms. Barb is the BEST, she spent more than an hour going over all the perks in my new 2020 Pilot, she explain things in the way that anyone could comprehend and I did not feel overwhelm. She is the car whisper and she provided me with her number if I had any questions and you know I did. Every in counter with Ms. Barb has been welcoming, she is always needed by customers but makes time for all my concerns. This is by far the BEST dealership, I been purchasing vehicles since 1989, from Georgia, Florida, Northern VA and 757 area and I have never received the level of customer service from a dealership. Ms. Barb and the whole Hall Honda Team thank you for providing me with OUTSTANDING, CUSTOMER SERVICE. I'm a loyal customer for life and I have been spreading the word to all do not buy or lease from anyone else go see my friends at HALL HONDA, if you want the BEST vehicle and customer service!!! More

I was very satisfied with the service today, always am, that’s why I buy a new Honda every 2 years and this is my 7th Honda from Hall Honda. However, I do have one complaint and it is not about Nicole. The that’s why I buy a new Honda every 2 years and this is my 7th Honda from Hall Honda. However, I do have one complaint and it is not about Nicole. There are signs posted that all customers and staff have to wear masks. I counted 3 customers in the waiting room without masks, one coughing constantly, and 3 employees with their masks below their chins which are useless. Some of us are extremely vulnerable during this pandemic which is why I was 4 months late with my inspection. Not sure when I will be back. More

So it was nice to know that she has my best interests at heart. Nicole, and really, all of the staff that I encountered on the day I had my Honda Crv worked on, are all kind and professional. In one day, I had my oil change, tires rotated, Crystal Fusion maintainence layer applied to my front window, a repair done to my gasket....and finally....a complimentary car wash!!!!. Now THAT'S professional and efficient customer service !!!. Thank you, Hall Honda:) More
Technical Help with Syncing Android Smartphone I was having difficulty syncing my Android phone with my CR-V. I gave up and called Hall. I have used Hall for other routine maintenance. For this I was having difficulty syncing my Android phone with my CR-V. I gave up and called Hall. I have used Hall for other routine maintenance. For this issue, I was put in touch with Barb Howard. Barb took the time to not only get my smart phone integrated correctly, but, also took the time to go over other vehicle features that no one had showed my (I purchased my CR-V from a Toyota dealer and was give zero info on any features). Barb now has me sold on Hall Honda and I will be coming here for my future maintenance, etc. Barb Howard went "above and beyond" and she is the type of employee that creates return customers. Third time... became a charm Initially, I scheduled a service appointment for an electrical issue...allotting for 3 hours of waiting. After 1.5/2 hours, I was told they didn't ha Initially, I scheduled a service appointment for an electrical issue...allotting for 3 hours of waiting. After 1.5/2 hours, I was told they didn't have enough time to complete the work. I would need to bring the car back earlier in the day, the electrical update would take 1.5/2 hours. I arrived at 9am on a Saturday...allotting for a 2/2.5 hour wait time. After 2+ hours, I was informed they couldn't do the update because of a technical issue on Honda's end; please bring it back that Monday evening and a loaner car would be available. I called the service advisor to confirm the update was working and a loaner car would be available...no answer/left message. I called a second time before leaving work...no answer. Tuesday, I received a message that they were having phone issues on Monday...please call. Assured the update was working and a loaner car was available Tuesday evening, I arrived between 5:30/6 pm as planned. Service advisor had left for the day... without arranging for a loaner. ENTER HEATHER.... Once she was caught up to speed on the situation and my experiences thus far, she immediately went into SUPERIOR CUSTOMER SERVICE MODE. She was completely understanding of the situation, she was entirely apologetic on behalf of Honda, and stated that my experience was unacceptable and they had failed in providing good service. I didn't have to argue or speak to any else... she immediately got it and worked to find a resolution. Her service technician was able to do the update, which took faster than expected. She kept me in the loop and agreed to fill my tank, after making 3 trips from Chesapeake and/or Norfolk to Hall (where I purchased my 2018 Honda CRV last year...a good experience). It was a small gesture, but sometimes its simple gestures and good, positive, helpful attitudes that regain a customer. Her customer service is the reason I would still recommend the service center.
