As a single woman walking into a car dealership with some less than desirable experiences in the past from other dealerships, it was refreshing for a salesman to have respect for my needs in terms of price, options, service, reliability and dealer convenience. Don't let me fail to mention that I think I was introduced to every employee at Hall Honda. I felt like part of the family. This very positive experience did not stop there. Jenn took a lot of her time to explain all the various finance options as well as warranty programs to my satisfaction. Did I mention the service department? Wow; the best. I was very impressed with the quality of the accessories I chose and the efficiency of installation by that team. My CRV looks great and is the perfect vehicle for me and my dogs. We wanted to purchase a new S2000 and Max Goodloe came through with the features we wanted at a reasonable price. Two monthes later, we returned to purchase a communter car. Max found the model with Navi and locked it in for us at a great price. When we took delivery, Max was there to walk us through the car's features and answer all our questions. I trust Max to give honest information about Honda's and an honest price. Hall's service department provided great service on a few minor issues with the S2000, and picked up the cost of the first two oil changes for both cars, and all the state inspections. The service bays are clean and neat, showing a sense of pride. the service manager took the time to explain the issue and the fix clearly. My money is on Max for our next purchase. Gerry More

I brought my car in for service. Justin Fox was the one I spoke with and explained the problem to. I felt he actually listened to what I had to say and then in terms I could understand, he explained what I spoke with and explained the problem to. Being this my first "car dealer" experience, I was a bit nervous. J Horst was the first person to greet me and he made me feel at ease throughout the whole process. Very professional and knowlegable at what he does and if he didn't know something he would promptly ask someone who did. He kept me informed of all my options keeping in mind the exact car I was looking for. He indeed did find the right vehicle for me, fairly quickly I might add, at a price I could afford. The "final signing" side of the house was a bit different though. Since it was a used vehicle I delt with Matt Mueller and yes he did explain everything to me but not in detail. I was offered several packages towards the end of the deal ( GAP insurance, a vehicle protective coating offer, lo-jack etc.) and I chose the one with all the options because I was told it was a "one time payment" of 600 dollars, so I went for it. After learning it wasn't a "one time payment" and that it didn't fit into my budget at the time I had to renegotiate a deal with someone else the next day to get my payments down to a reasonable monthly sum. If I'm buying something I like to know in detail what it is I am buying. This was my first time doing this with no help and that probably should have been something to ask but I was extremely nervous and it never crossed my mind. Erin Bessey handled a lot of.... well I'm not exactly sure but it had a lot to do with my paperwork. Again, another professional and knowlegable Hall Honda employee that kept me posted on all things needed to get the deal sealed without a hitch. Rebecca Hawley, although I had very little interaction with her, was kind and courteous during my visit. Just wanted to say that. If I missed anyone else, I appologize. All in all my car buying experience at Hall Honda Virginia Beach was a very good one. I would definately recomend this dealership to anyone in the market for a new or used vehicle. Customer service is off the charts, the facility is well kept and clean, the staff all were prompt, professional, and just gave me that "at ease" feeling while making my decision. I came to the dealership to buy a part.At the parts counter jamie and chris introduced me me to Justin in the service department.I was going to a local shop to have my work performed.But Justin assured counter jamie and chris introduced me me to Justin in the service department.I was going to a local shop to have my work performed.But Justin assured me that he could help me.The entire service and parts team not only repaired my Honda Accord the same day.But I did not need the repair that the local shop said was needed. Hall Honda sholud be proud to have such dedicated and professonial service people.Not only did they repair my honda but did it for $ 250.00 less than I was told by the other guy.I will be sure to make Hall Honda my first stop everytime.
