waste of time I picked up my car a couple weeks ago and found a chip on my windshield, i know it wasn't there when i dropped it off but couldn't prove they did it. I picked up my car a couple weeks ago and found a chip on my windshield, i know it wasn't there when i dropped it off but couldn't prove they did it. So I read my warranty and it said to take it back to the dealership where I purchased the car, unfortunately for me that was Hall Honda Virginia beac. So I made an appointment last weekend for this weekend. Obviously when I made the appointment I detailed that I would be for repair on my windshield and explained. I go in today for my appointment only to be told I would have to call the guy I made the appointment with (who wasn't even there at the time of my scheduled appointment) on Monday because he would have to call "a glass guy". What?! So I made an appointment just for them to tell me that I would have to make another appointment?! They obviously dont bother to look at the scheduled appointments. I hate dealing with this dealership and I regret every day ever buying a car from them. More
