When I came in for my test drive , Tommy took good care of me and was just a pleasure to deal with. The next day I came in to finalize my purchase , Tommy had all the paperwork lined up and ready to go, making the process very streamlined! I also want to mention the Business Manager I worked with , Lawrence Bright. He works behind the scenes and gave me lots of options as far as warranty and protection plans to keep my vehicle like new for years to come. Tommy Hancock is the reason i went with Hall Honda I shopped around at a few Honda dealers in the Virginia Beach area before settling on Hall Honda. Tommy promised on day one that he could get me the car I wanted for the price I wanted and came through in the end. Tommy sets himself apart from other salesman with outstanding service and a no pressure approach. He provided me with door to door service when I didn't have transportation and personally cleaned and detailed my car when I wasn't happy with the appearance. Tommy will tell to think of him as another feature of the vehicle because he comes with the car and in my opinion that has been the best feature of all. You can buy a Honda at any dealer but you can only get Tommy at Hall! More
