Excellent Stress Free Car Buying Experience I have dealt with Rick Tala at Hall Honda in Virginia Beach twice now and both experiences were nothing short of wonderful. While temporarily working I have dealt with Rick Tala at Hall Honda in Virginia Beach twice now and both experiences were nothing short of wonderful. While temporarily working and living in North Carolina, I was the victim of a hit and run and unfortunately my 2015 Honda CRV (bought from Mr. Tala) was totaled. I loved and worked hard for that car and was devastated to have already lost it but it was comforting to know Rick would help me in any way possible and I had complete trust in him. After a few weeks of dealing with rental cars, police paperwork, insurance claims, etc. I was just ready to get everything over with and back to normal. Rick was once again, incredibly helpful, polite, honest and made my last step in the exhaustive car replacement process as smooth as possible. I can't thank him or the rest of the team at Hall Honda enough. I love my 2016 CRV just as much and I'll never buy a vehicle from anyone else. More
